Family Friendly! Rooms could be cleaner when you show up.

Es un hotel que me encanta, le doy un 20/10. No hay ni una sola cosa negativa q señalar, todo fue perfecto. Sin dudas es un lugar al que quiero volver

The rooms are outside and it was very hot. The elevator was very dirty. They never had towels ready after we used the pool. We stayed three nights and they never went to clean our room. The hotel is expensive and they don’t offer complementary breakfast.

Hotel overall was great. My family loved the lazy river, pool, fire show and all the activities to do on and off the beach my kids were never bored. Overall the room was nice and big with a bunk bed for the kids and wall to separate to let everyone have their own space. My main complaints come with house keeping and elevators. With the elevators they are hot and seem to be be getting as little as work as possible to keep them working from skipping floors to no air or buttons not working. As for house keeping this was the main issue of the trip they seemed to only want to do the bare minimum to almost nothing even when we requested for a full clean and linen exchange a few times during the trip. Twice we had to go to the desk or go ask the house keeper to come back and do the beds. The hotel is a very expensive stay and those types of thing shouldn’t be an issue. Besides those two things I’d highly recommend this property if you have kids they will never be bored

Room was clean. Resort was VERY crowded and noisy. Many children.

Excellent Hotel great service

The property was nice an very clean. I wish there was a senior rate or veteran's rate plan. The meals were quite expensive. Also, for a senior person who only eats yogurt, a pastry and coffee for breakfast, the $49.99 amount was ridiculous! Even if I included the breakfast plan in with my room rate, the $25 amount is ridiculous! The breakfast price amounts should not be contingent on whether you booked them originally. Nobody tells you this. You are forced to leave the Resort and go to a nearby grocery store to purchase breakfast supplies if not willing to pay the exorbitant prices at the Resort. The Market on site and the full refrigerator was very helpful.

The staff is amazing there. However in the common areas we saw several roaches (huge) could have been due to the heavy rains the week we stayed or the week prior but it is a big turnoff for me. The hotel isn’t modern but the rooms are simple and not too outdated. The pool/kids area/lazy river was well enjoyed by our family. I was a little annoyed that when I got to the hotel that it was up charge for beach chairs when the hotels.com post lists as an amenity. The pool are was out of towels most of the time. We had a good time. I do think they could make some changes to make it better but overall pretty good.

The front desk staff would benefit from additional customer service training to provide a better experience for guests.

Property was ok, one of the elevators was out so there was always a wait, and they were not cooled so it was very hot. Bed could use an upgrade, was lumpy and kinda uncomfortable. The lazy river and pool areas were amazing. Most of the staff were helpful and polite. Check-in was not a great experience but the manager did call to make things right.

It was wonderful! Kind staff and everything you need to do is on site. Kind of like a cruise on land.

Truly only a family destination. Not for a single person at all. Booked the room for just some peace, quiet & relaxation. Figured I would hang out at the pool and visit the spa just to relax and that did not happen. Kids running & screaming down the breezeways all hours of the night, so no sleep. People got up at 4:30 in the morning to go down to pool and put towels& bags on chairs to save their spot. 5 days there and not one time did I get a chair at the pool so my pool time consisted of floating in the lazy river the entire time. I finally resorted to having to pay for beach chairs! That’s right for the price of $60 you can get two chairs & an umbrella. Problem is there is no single rate! You are forced to pay for two chairs even though there is only one of you! The thing is since I was by myself I was only given one chair! I was told I didn’t need the second one, but I definitely paid for two. Finally the bar and grill! Totally ignored every time because I was the only one at the table. No one ever waited on me on any day or evening. One waiter acknowledged me and said he would be right back, but 2 families of 4 or more come in after me, sat down and that same waiter waited on them and ignored me! They got their food & drinks and I was still sitting there. The resort is nice. The resort is clean and the staff are excellent, but if you are single, do not stay here. Also, my reservation included free breakfast every morning but I was made to pay.

Staff was great. Kids eat free at the restaurant on site. Beach view is why I go it’s always great. Room was clean and towels were replaced when asked. I genuinely enjoyed it. Just didn’t realize how expensive it is to vacation on the July 4th weekend. Other than that hotel was great.

I loved this facility! I will definitely stay here again!! The room was awesome, staff was amazing, and if you never left the facility - you could enjoy your stay! My only complaint is ( and to some this may not matter) but I pay for ocean front bc I enjoy sitting on balcony listening to the sounds of the ocean- esp at night when everyone is sleeping and it’s quiet. The room I was issued was room 725. And it sits directly next to a roof top which has several ac units that outsounded the ocean so all you heard 24/7. I have to give them grace tho because I was not a “karen” I did not speak to the front desk and did not ask to move. However I did get several texts asking me how my stay was and did tell them my concerns and even sent pictures and videos- and no one reached out to me. So I did not give them the chance to correct it. However this post is just to tell you to ask to not be near room 725 if the balcony and peaceful sounds of ocean if important to you. I would distill stay here again 1000% I just would request another area of the hotel!
