Excellent facility for a young family. Lots of small children events during the day, lots of action all day, and lots of pools to swim.

This was our second year staying. Last year there was more music and entertainment throughout the day, this year was disappointing. Overall we love staying here. But really hope music and entertainment improves.

Love the lazy river and location right by the beach.

The staff was very nice and polite. The rooms was clean the pool area was clean , they had a stage for entertainment every night, and excess to the beach and shops and restaurants.. you really didn’t have to go anywhere we had the greatest time so it’s a five star rating for us so we will be going again for a great stay

Great for families or anyone wanting to relax and enjoy good food, drinks, & service!! NOT a PARTY place, although the Tiki Bar is a great place to have a few, watch the entertainment, and enjoy the ocean view! ¿Qué pasa, Sebastián?

We have stayed here several times and every time we love it! We stayed on the top floor looking over the beach. The lazy river was so relaxing! We will be back for sure!

It could use better checking in staff. Also room was dirty even after cleaning. It didn’t get a good cleaning when I arrived to my room bathroom had piss all on the bottom area sides it was all yellow barhtub was dirty with hair. Cleaner environment for the amount of people that go there it should be worth the upgrades.

Very nice hotel with great amenities. So nice that it was in the beach. The restaurant wasn’t amazing and the service was very slow. It was slow every day. The food outside at the bar is good. Try the tacos. The rooms very good and clean. The staff at the front desk were excellent!!

Solo traveler. Enjoyed my stay, but a lot of unattended children. Was unable to enjoy the lazy river due to this. But everything else was splendid
