The convenience

Worse was the snow cone attendant. When we asked for one snow cone before closing (while ice was still in the machine), he rolled his eyes and gave us a plain, single-flavor one. Right after turning us away, he happily loaded new ice and served seven snow cones to another family that walked up. Unfriendly, inconsistent service like this leaves a very bad impression

Was a great stay until the gray haired lady driving shuttle cart ran me over with cart as I was trying to get on. She was too busy talking to another employee riding. I asked for security to be called she stated she was security. Returned to room left knee sore from being twisted. This happened Thursday checked out Friday asked for copy of incident report no report was available. Will not use resort again checking with my lawyer Monday.

Overall, we had a nice stay. The outdoor pool and resort facilities were great, well maintained, and very comfortable. The staff were also very friendly and helpful. However, the room felt too small and crowded, which was disappointing. I also wish breakfast had been included instead of requiring an extra charge.

Great hotel for kids with activities. Pool was full and a little dirty but nice Food was over priced and one staff was managing the two luggage carts they have for the whole hotel and she was rude.

We always come here for our summer vacation. This year was a little different because we had our two year old toddler and she absolutely loved it!!!!!! I was nervous but it was the best decision!! We will be back!!

The staff here made everyone feel like they were excited to see them. The food at the grill and pizza shop was great. The bartenders were amazing. The view is top notch. My wife and I will be back.

Location and what was offered onsite. Having to wear an armband the whole time to show we were guests of the resort.
