Staff were wonderful and very friendly. Great location, everything was close by. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Great view of the beach. Parking space were tight and very few. I think they were people parking at Casa Loma and going to the beach.

We stayed on the 2nd floor had a fairly good view except palm trees blocked most of our view and we couldn’t fill our small ice cooler from the ice machine which we used for sitting on the balcony but we really enjoyed the stay still had decent views of the beach area and it was just a few steps away for the beach I have stayed many times before and was on the 3rd or 4th floor and the view was amazing I love to stay at casa loma this is my place to stay when I visit the best view for an oceanfront beach hotel it’s quite and a nice place family friendly I will stay here every time I come I give it a 5 review I the beds were very comfortable the bathroom is small but very clean I can only complain about the ice and the view from the 2nd floor otherwise a great place to stay it’s an older place but well worth it.

The room had some nice updates. Everything was very pleasant and we enjoyed the stay. This is the 3rd time staying here and it was probably the nicest visit so far. Look forward to staying there next year.

I liked being right on the beach. Roaches in room. Telephone didn’t work and they couldn’t replace it until AT&T could come out which would have been after my stay. TV didn’t work and had no guide as to working it. Had to call maintenance and security. In room safe did not work and security had to replace it. Shower had grout that was loose. Swimming pool had thick grime, probably oils and suntan lotion, on side of pool which could be scraped with fingernail.

The location is perfect. I wish they would update their bathrooms. The shower heads in every room are very cheap & outdated. The tubs don’t ever seem clean & I don’t think they mop their floors that well.

I love everything about Casa Loma. My family has been staying here for years and we feel like it’s home away from home. WiFi doesn’t have a string signal but not a big deal. I come to PCB to enjoy the surroundings not to be on my phone!

Location is good easy to get into and right off of the beach short walk to the sand and was perfect, pool was good and warm, over all the stay was good, this is my second time there and we may possibly go back next year. Depending on how many people we have with us, we arrived the night before and they let us book another night. WiFi was not very good at all this time around and we could not get a good connection on the TV, it kept disconnecting from the internet which was a bit frustrating, especially for my 82 year old mother who wanted to relax in front of the TV.
