This is one place that I would come back to. We enjoyed our stay. The staff were always helpful and very pleasant. The rooms were so clean and the beds were very comfortable.

Breakfast buffet was good. Property was fine but in need of a little maintenance. Fortunately, I saw a team actively working on some upkeep during my stay.

The rooms were just ok. Not as clean as they have been in the past. We had to move rooms due to loud dog barking. Then the second room smelled of dog. We were actually placed in room just below loud dog barking and thumping around. Thankfully we only stayed one night. I don't usually like Continental breakfast but I will say for a Continental breakfast it was better then other places.

Breakfast was not many options. But good for grab and go. The hotel was very ckean and the room is cozy.

Our room wasn't as clean as we would prefer it to be but it wasn't disgusting either. It seems like a busy place so it may have been turned around quickly. The breakfast was good with different options each day we were there. The staff was friendly when we checked in but after that it seemed like you were bothering them when we asked for our soaps and lotions to be refilled since they were empty to start with. Im thinking these issues arent normal practice. We would give them another chance if we were to go back to that area.

My family and I were originally booked to stay for 2 nights, but before checkout decided to stay one more night here, because this was the most cost effective, when considering other hotels and their beach proximity to Pier Park, as we were budgeting for this last minute trip, and wanted to make the most of it, however. I'm used to more elevated spaces. Though this hotel is perfect, and comfortable, for families and those traveling on a budget. I chose this hotel because I got a great rate, literally at the last minute, for an original Monday-Wednesday stay, but the price went up considerably on the Wednesday-Thursday stay. The rooms are comfortable - did what they were supposed to do - made it easy to relax and sleep after a long day on the beach and at Pier Park, and preparing for the 5 hour drive home. The bathrooms need remodeling, but everything worked - AC, hot water, great water pressure, and no bugs, so no real complaints there. Got early checkin upon arrival at 9am which was for a fee, but still perfect after driving in for 4 and 1/2 hours. Just missed the free breakfast but was offered a grab and go bag. Hotel front desk was amazing. Complimentary breakfast was to be expected - coffee, waffle station, fruit, eggs, sausage, potatoes, yogurt, cereal, and juice. If I'm planning for a trip on a budget, this is a perfect option, but next time I'd opt to plan in advance for their sister beachfront property. It just depends on what kind of experience you want.

This is the first time, in a while, that my family and I have stayed in a hotel when visiting PCB. Normally when we come down, we rent a condo or a house. The room was spacious and clean. The breakfast was a nice pick me up before heading out for the day. I love that parking was free. We would definitely return.

Good breakfast, solid wi fi. Only complaint is housekeeping - had to ask for new set of towels on an extended stay. Hotel was overloaded with tournament and family reunion guests and seemed to be short staffed.

I enjoyed everything about our stay.
