This is the first time, in a while, that my family and I have stayed in a hotel when visiting PCB. Normally when we come down, we rent a condo or a house. The room was spacious and clean. The breakfast was a nice pick me up before heading out for the day. I love that parking was free. We would definitely return.

Good breakfast, solid wi fi. Only complaint is housekeeping - had to ask for new set of towels on an extended stay. Hotel was overloaded with tournament and family reunion guests and seemed to be short staffed.

Clean, spacious room. Pool was nice and maintained. Cleaning service was slow on rooms. We were gone all day one day and they still hadn’t made it to room and breakfast wasn’t the best.

This is my second year staying at this hotel while in the area. Front desk(while checking in) was very nice and professional and check in was a breeze. Great location. Close to everything. I had hair strings all over the room. Even in the bed under the sheets. The bathroom was the worst. I was eerily disgusted.

13 min walk to beach is difficult carrying chairs and cooler only drawback. Needed more instructions on parking to access the beach. The parking app. To put in your phone ahead of going to the beach. It was frustrating when you are there for only a day. If we knew it before leaving for the beach what a difference it would have made.

The entire staff was welcoming and helpful and happy to give us more towels as we went through alot with kids.

Everything was great. The shower water pressurer was horrible! It took a long time to rinse shampoo out of my hair and there was no way to adjust the pressure.

The staff were all very friendly and accommodating. We were able to get an early check in to get ready for our anniversary dinner. The room was clean. Plenty of towels (usually not the case at other hotel brands). Breakfast was adequate. Plenty of handicap parking up front. An overall positive experience.
