The pool area was packed, the maintenance wasn’t good. The outdoor furniture was very bad , broken parts, poor condition except the cabana area.( for use the cabana need to be rented and pay for it ). All hotel including Gym facilities were a little dirty as well. When I went to take a shower another surprise, the shower wasn’t working, very low water pressure and the bathtub was clogged. I spoke with the front desk and they changed my room. The breakfast was good and the staff were very nice and attentive but this hotel need to be remodeled because it’s not as the pictures used in the website.

The rooms were really nice and clean and I liked being really close to the beach. The view was amazing.

All good. Breakfast was a bit chaotic with things missing, the hot water spitting out black bits, no spoons, no plates … but the staff were helpful and tried to get what you needed.

Everything was great!

10/10 recommend.

Wonderful stay! Hotel was SUPER clean. House keeping was great. Pool, Beach and other amenities were awesome. The daily activities were great for the kids. Live music, fire dancers/hula dancers, movies by the pool. Food at the bar and grill by the pool is VERY good!

Great breakfast with a lot of options. Great lazy river, pool and beach access. Staff was friendly. We would highly recommend this hotel to anyone coming to this area!

Breakfast is always with great variety. The room is clean and spacious. Hopefully they will always give it the necessary maintenance to continue keeping the place in good condition. We really had a great time..

Pool area was very clean. Beach access was well maintained. Breakfast area stayed fully stocked. Free coffee ,tea and water are available all day.

The pool was full of cups. The reservation said I owed 271 upon arrival. They charged me over $400 upon arrival. You cant sleep in. There's no curtains at 6 am the suns blinding you. I could've gotten a 2 bedroom condo for this price. The rooms are small. The beds are terribly hard. We left a day early.

The property is right on the beach, clean, with friendly staff. The elevators always smelled clean, the breakfast was hot, delicious and with a great variety. Staff is always around ready to help! Were not disappointed ♥

Very nice spot everything was clean the staff was very nice and helpful checked in multiple times during our stay. One of best spot around in our opinion definitely will be back.

Unfortunately, there were a few areas that need improvement. The room was not cleaned thoroughly before our arrival. There was sand on both the floors and the bed, and a few items appeared to have been left behind by the previous guests, which was disappointing. The breakfast was another letdown. The selection was limited, and some of the food was not prepared properly. With better housekeeping and improvements to the breakfast, this would be a much better experience. The amenities are what made our stay enjoyable, but cleanliness is an area that definitely needs more attention.

And at check out when I asked for the total, she gave me a different number than what was charged. They sent me an itemized receipt but theirs still a charge unaccounted for. Plus the first night the bed covers of one of the beds was dirty and their was hair under the pillows. As if they didn’t clean them/switch out the covers.
