This was our first time staying at The Pearl. It was beautiful, clean and relaxing. The staff were wonderful, friendly and helpful. We had great access to the beach that was less than a 5 minute walk.

Beautiful location, but the experience did not match the price point or expectations. Our room was directly next to weddings every night of our stay, with events taking place literally outside our window, and we were never warned. The weddings also precluded us from using the rooftop, and resulted in the restaurant and bar being closed intermittently for many meals over the 4 days. The room setup also does not work for a group — only one real bed, extremely uncomfortable pull-outs, poor pillows, and a bathroom door that didn’t fully close or lock. We ultimately had to book a second room ourselves after asking staff to notify us if one became available. Disappointing overall, especially given the cost.

Very OK hotel. We have stayed at the Fairmont across Canada and other really nice boutique hotels but The Pearl is average in comparison. No gym at this venue. Pool is smaller than those found at people’s homes. The room was very comfortable though. Shower is nice bug that’s about it. For what they charge, you are really getting a very average stay.

Phenomenal service all around from the front desk to the pool attendant (Chris - he’s the man!) and everywhere in between. Can’t imagine staying anywhere else next time we visit.

The two rooms we booked were very well-appointed - comfortable, lovely decor and spotlessly clean. The hotel is in a great location - a very short walk to the beach, plus local cafes and restaurants. We very much enjoyed our stay at the Pearl Hotel and we were made to feel very welcome by the staff - almost like part of the family! We're already planning a return trip to stay at the Pearl Hotel again later this year.
