I loved how it was on the quieter side of Panama. Right on the water with their own little pier where the dolphins came right through and swam so close to the property! I also loved how clean the hotel was. I woke up the next morning to see them cleaning down the elevators, mopping floors. The staff were amazing as well, so friendly and accommodating. This location had the cutest little historic scenic town that I got to explore as well. There wasn’t anything that stood out in a negative light.

Same staff as when we came for the 4th of July last year—in the hospitality industry in the panhandle, that is saying a lot. Property was basically in the same condition. Food and amenities were great. We will continue to be back. Love this location.

We loved this place so nice and clean the area was nice as well but not many restaurants close by but the hotel restaurants were nice and good.

Its location was excellent and the facilities were beautiful. Nothing about the property was unlikable.

Excellent. I'd stay there again. Convenient to old panama City town center and several restaurants near by. Comfortable and pleasant rooms.

The coffee that was served at breakfast was flavorless. I paid $4 for colored hot water. You should do better.

Everything about this hotel is perfect!

The Internet was not working. We had to call customer service to call another customer service to fix our issue with Tv. Only to find out it was plugged in incorrectly, which would’ve been an issue with the hotel not the company that was outsourced. Some front desk workers were great and others were not.

This was my second time staying here, everyone and everything was nice!

Just didn’t use amenities but everything was fantastic

The staff especially Isidora were all wonderful, she was kind, fun and a fabulous bartender. Loved the amenities, restaurants were delicious. The close proximity to be able to walk to downtown PC was great! The rooms were very clean and roomy. Will definitely stay again.

Fantastic location and great amenities!

I had such an amazing experience staying here. From the friendly greeting, even though we arrived later than expected, to the beautiful scenery to the warm good bye. The staff were very pleasant and polite. Breakfast was delicious. The coffee was the right temperature of hot. I really enjoyed staying here.
