The lady at the front The first room that I booked was a luxury king suite that was filled with so many chemicals, it burned me and my wife’s throats. The second room that the very nice lady at the front gave to us was a lot smaller and filled with black mold. all over the ceilings and under the bed. We were told that was the last room available.

The front desk woman was extremely friendly, very professional, & quickly efficient, & very polite. After we got off the elevator all we could smell was someone was heavily smoking marijuana. The room had a mold / mildew odor & was warmer than we expected. We realize that it’s hot & humid at 80+ degrees. But, felt as if someone could’ve turned the a/c on knowing we were arriving at a previously noted time. There was hair on the toilet. I think the breakfast area needs to be open to 9:30-10:00.

In general, it was a nice place to stay very friendly workers. If I had an issue it would be that the floors in the room weren’t that clean and it’s probably time for an upgrade. We had the kitchenette room which was very nice. No supplies were given so you would have to be prepared or go by your own stuff early morning showers were not that great. Everybody else in the hotel was probably up getting showers and the water was pretty cold so you would have to wait until later on to get a hot shower again. The biggest thing that I appreciated was the employees that worked there very nice and accommodating.

Overall it was good, just need to clean elevator.

We had a wonderful stay! Our room was clean and well maintained! The staff was wonderful and the cleaning ladies are great! The breakfast had different options which was nice. The pool was awsome!

The room was not super clean was but okay , the receptionist that first helped us told us that they did not do early check in , I had to speak to someone else just to be able to check in , the people that do breakfast are wonderful and super friendly and helpful, breakfast though is not that big of a deal there , just waffle, cereal ,coffee, bagels ,yogurts, apples juice and pre made oatmeal packs , I thought they would have eggs and meat and other stuff , the surrounding area is a bit deserted not many shops that you can walk to but there are places 4 to 5 min away driving

The AC. Front desk was nice. Despite multiple calls to Booking and the property, and being assured by front desk twice before leaving, I have still not received a refund for the final night. It has been 3 MONTHS since I left and they have not replied to the multiple emails sent by Booking requesting I get my last night back. I DID EVERYTHING RIGHT. This isn't fair. Please. Give me my money back. Your property isn't even good enough to be acting like this. Answer Booking's email and refund my money. I'm not waiting another 3 months, I will take legal action if needed.

Beds were comfortable, floors were clean, AC kept room cool in extreme heat wave.

Too many people in and out. people outside drinking and smoking by your car. Not good if you have kids.

Staff was friendly and the place was very clean

Becareful as this is a pet friendly motel and I had a dog barking in the room across the hall for 3 nights. Informed the staff 3 separate times and nothing was done to remedy the situation. Finally on my last night stay the dog was at it once again at 2 am . When I called the front desk to report the issue they offered to move me to another room. Seriously at 2 am I have to move….. Reported this to corporate by email and never received an acknowledgment. Won’t ever stay in another Red Roof motel again , anywhere.
