Red Roof Inn Panama City

Only one light in the room worked. Had to use the flashlight on my phone to find that light. The lobby was messy. The stairwell was messy. However, the room was clean . There was a strong odor of spicy food throughout. People are permanently living there. I will not return.

I was told by front desk staff that no reservations where made for July 3,4,and 5th please refund account by sending it to affirm.

I only had a few minor issues. The outlets wouldn’t hold plugs into place, and I was double charged a security deposit after telling the desk lady that we’d already paid the deposit. Outside of that, everything was good.

The staff is very friendly! Great location!

Shower was moldy. Bedside table was broken.

Hotel was great, and when we did the check in the receptionist Leo was very helpful and friendly. But next to him was a woman that later I went to ask her for extra blankets and she was somewhat rude and non polite. It’s really the only complain I have to say about my stay, Staff should be more willing to help. Other than that all good

This hotel was amazing. It was clean. The staff was extremely helpful. Miss Carol kept the breakfast area going with everything completely filled up and clean. She was also very friendly and helpful. We did not encounter any problems while staying there. We had to find somewhere to sleep for 2 nights until we could get in to our apartment and they took us right in even though it was a busy July 4 weekend. They were also dog friendly.

We went to the beach a day earlier than check in for our co do and needed a place for one night. They over booked our diuble bed, but Leo took care of it and upgraded our room. For the price it was enough of what we needed. The room needs work, but it was clean, and the staff was thr friendliest. We would stay again.

Not anything fancy, a relatively clean, quiet, and comfortable place to hang our hats for the night. Exactly what we needed. Staff was friendly and helpful.

I honestly was very surprised at how nice our stay was! It was for one night. After reading reviews, we decided to give this hotel a chance. It looked to be remodeled recently. Our room was nice and clean!

Nice clean comfortable stay I didn't like the $50 deposit that I have to worry about getting back .

Hotel very outdated. Doors wooden, heavy, old, hard to open, visible rust. Room smelled like mildew. Bathroom small. Hand soap dispenser empty. Breakfast options very limited. Location was close to venue I was visiting. No other hotels nearby. Will drive farther to get a better hotel if ever in the area again.

I miss placed my room keys on last day as a 82 yr old senior I hope I can get my 50.00 back. They are in the room somewhere

When I did check out I was told I would get a credit for my deposit. My question is when? Now I have to keep checking my Master Card account for it. Will probably not do Red Roof again.
