Online photos do not match the actual property conditions. The lobby wall that should be full of live plants, it is not. Areas of the hotel where there are large tables or seating areas that should contain plants to make the stay comfortable and inviting. There are no plants. The carpet in the rooms is old and dirty. The rooms and hallways smell musty. The main elevator feels and sounds as if it’s going to free-fall at any moment. It’s a very old hotel that needs a true refurbish and not just a coat of paint.

The staff in the lobby was exceptional and very helpful. Specially thanks to Mrs. Michelle, she is the best. The room was clean and very comfortable. The bar area was beautiful and the bartender did a great job.

Cleaners stole my belongings and because I had a find my tracker I was able to see where they took it. Really wish we didn’t stay here

Clean and modern. Check in takes over an hour even if you have previously booked the room. Thr pool area is dangerously hot (ac isnt working and it's indoors). I stayed twice in one month on 2 different weekends.

Everything was great with the hotel, staff and service. However, we noticed that at the end of the day it takes forever for the staff to close the day in the computer and balance with the receipts. Is your system very obsolete? Just an observation.

I’ve stayed at the hotel more than a dozen times and every time the staff is amazing and the hotel is so clean
