Our stay was okay overall, but there were a few issues. The biggest disappointment was that the pool was closed, which wasn’t what we expected. We were also woken up around 5:00 a.m. by our neighbors banging on our door, and it was extremely loud outside, making it hard to get any rest. The room itself was fine, but because of the noise and the closed pool, our experience wasn’t as enjoyable as we had hoped.

Staff was determined to not give me a room, but I had unfortunately secured one after they initially cancelled our reservation. Big girl with auburn hair that checked us in early the morning of 7/4 at approximately 6am was extremely rude, interrupted and talked over me, and had the attitude that I was inconveniencing her. We will NOT be back.

Staff was polite. Property is not well kept. My first room had mold on multiple surfaces. Second room was better, but overall in rough condition.

I always chose to stay here due to its cleanliness . And friendly staffing inaddition there pricing is very affordable you just need to book in advance then your good to go on anything else needed after that. Over all a wonderful place to stay in my opinion.

Check in was great. The laminate floors in the room were filthy. Who knows when they were cleaned last. I spilled water from the iron on the floor and wiped it up with a hand towel. The towel was black from filthy floors. The bathroom floors were dirty as well. I wore my flip flops while in the room.
