I always chose to stay here due to its cleanliness . And friendly staffing inaddition there pricing is very affordable you just need to book in advance then your good to go on anything else needed after that. Over all a wonderful place to stay in my opinion.

Check in was great. The laminate floors in the room were filthy. Who knows when they were cleaned last. I spilled water from the iron on the floor and wiped it up with a hand towel. The towel was black from filthy floors. The bathroom floors were dirty as well. I wore my flip flops while in the room.

There wasn't alot to like. The workers weren't friendly at all. No body knew anything about what was going on.

Room size Crack under room door and side had an opening to outside with the door closed. I had to put a towel down so bugs didn't get in.

Our room a.c. made a terrible buzzing sound and smelled really strongly like cat urine. We arrived at like 2 in the morning and they said they would send house cleaning in the a.m. and that they didn't have any other rooms available.. which seemed true there was one spot left to park. Staff was friendly. The house cleaners did come, the pillows smelt clean and you could tell they wiped the surfaces. They put a air freshener in the a.c. After a couple hours the fabuloso wore off and it smelled terrible again so we bought Lysol wipes and cleaned the base boards which did help eliminate the cat urine smell, however the mold on the ceiling caused me to wake up at 5 am having an asthma attack. Also the floor was terribly gross. The pool was being used by guests who seemed satisfied with the amenity. They offered a vending machine, ice machine and breakfast which was okay at best. When I go back to Panama City I will stay literally anywhere else.

Staff both at check in and check out were not friendly. Floor in the room was gritty and there was a dead bug on the floor and spider webs by the ac unit. The shower has an old bar of dove soap on the floor and only had 2 towels . The sink has no soap (we had to use shower soap). The ac fan would not go on high therefore the room was warm for most of the evening. The pool has rocks in the bottom from failing floor and sides that hurt to step on and the breakfast room had a fowl odor and was very warm for only 8:15am.

The room had mold on the bathroom ceiling and wall, the shower door track was rusted and filthy in the corner, the fitted mattress cover was ripped and torn and stained, we were refused items for the room that are included in our stay, the pool was always closed, the door had a space so larger you could see through it, the curtains had holes in them. Other guests would sit with their doors open smoking marijuana and also at the pool as well as swearing and when we complained we were told “we can’t control our guests.” Actually, you absolutely can. Terrible stay. Served its purpose but never again.

Everything was great. The only thing I had an issue about was the bottom of the pool. The bottom of the pool was all chipped of concrete. It scrapped and hurt my children's feet.

Property could use some updating, as well as the rooms. The staff was excellent, and did not have any issues with our stay.

When is clean, property was clean, continental breakfast was decent. Location was OK.

Breakfast was the usual. Front desk clerks were cordial. Housekeeper wasn't. Bed was comfortable. Housekeeper seemed overwhelmed. Didn't pay attention to detail. Shower has mold all along the bottom of the glass doors.Room smelled of mold.
