Staff was amazing

We will never stay here again. Pay the extra $$ to stay somewhere else. First time, curtains fell on my head when I tried to open them. But hey, it’s cheap and close enough to work. Told the lady at front desk. She stared at me blankly until I got up an entire flight of stairs and then yells for me to come back down after not saying anything while I was in front of her. So I walked back down and she puts me in another room. So I tried to go back. Hoping it was a different front desk person and better room because again, who doesn’t love to save money? This time, took me 45 minutes to check in because no one was there except house keeping (couldn’t work system). That same lady that works the front desk finally walks in slowly starts putting away her cup (I’ve never seen anyone walk in so slowly knowing someone is waiting) , doesn’t greet me after waiting so long, and finally she says “you got your license?” And checks me in. I ask for privacy door hanger because the last time I was there, they didn’t have one in the room. Tells me one is up there. I haul half a dozen bags/suitcases up the flight of stairs…no door hanger. Vent/fan is literally hanging/dangling out of the bathroom ceiling and it’s so loud that you can’t think straight. I tell her about it. She does the same thing where she stares blankly at me until I start walking back up the stairs. Once I get to the top, she yells for me to come back down. Why do that? Why not acknowledge me when I’m standing at the desk?

When i checked in. Additionally tje tub didn’t drain and there was standing water. This week there were dirty towels In the bathroom again (different room). The sitting area had a badly stained ottoman that looked as if it hadn’t been cleaned in ages. Two bad experiences

Linens filthy!! Cigarette burns stains, jacuzzi not working, staff helpful.. Pool working

It was terrible! The service! The room was nasty ! Sheets nasty carpet nasty! Roaches infested

If I could give less stars I would , this was actually the worst hotel I have ever stayed at. As soon as we walked into the room there was a nasty smell with somewhat of cleaning supply smell that tried to cover it. The sheets were stained as well as the carpet and the curtains. The tub had not been cleaned at all there was mold around the stainless parts. We found marijuana in a cigar and a razor blade right under the furniture (I have a 2 year old with me so I was super angry) A piece of gum on top of one of the headboards as well. And worst of all my son was playing on the ground he came up and a dead BEDBUG was on his arm I am highly upset with out stay considering we paid $321 for 2 rooms for a single night actually ridiculous!!!

I love this place. The staff are so friendly. I can always expect Bob to greet me in the mornings. Very spacious rooms and nice comfortable beds. The cleaning staff work very hard and they’re so sweet. This place is very accommodating and has the best prices around! The pool is very nice as well. It’s also located in town so it’s close to every thing. Highly recommend.

Our room was acceptable, but our experience with the breakfast staff was disappointing. During breakfast, our child accidentally spilled a cup of water. We immediately took responsibility, and my wife cleaned the floor with a mop herself. However, a staff member criticized us for not watching our child and later refused to provide hot water during breakfast service because of the accident. We found this response unprofessional and unfriendly. Families with young children may want to be aware of this.

I did not get to use my stay! My car was still in the shop so I had no way to get to that hotel, that day! Tried to reschedule but wouldn't let me!

Online the checkin said 11 o'clock when I booked room.....i got there at 1 and told no rooms ready till 3 checkin time.....but for 20 dollars more I coukd check in right away....which was it? No rooms ready or 20 bucks makes rooms ready

There was a smell of smoke even in the non-smoking rooms.

The room was very dirty this place needs to be shut down asap it smells like mold

The staff was irresponsible; the bathroom was broken, and the dirty towels weren't changed. I was traveling with a baby. The AC didn't work, there were cockroaches, and the staff just said, "If you don't like it, leave." I really regret going there.

No hot water mold and soap scum around tub and bath room areas

My stay was awful. The room cleanliness was unacceptable—stained bedsheets, a filthy mini fridge, and someone’s wet, mildewed clothes left in the closet. The air conditioner was falling out of the wall and didn’t cool the room until 4 AM. The showerhead was coming out of the wall, the TV wasn’t fixed until 9:30 PM, and there was even a plastic bag wrapped around the smoke detector. I would not recommend staying here.
