filthy shit hole paid for a 8 day stay left after 4 no refund nasty room poor area nobody was even there to check in or out

My stay was great

Bed was comfortable Ac was not up to par, Microwave rusted real bad refrigerator did not work. Would not put us in another room even though they only had 4 cars in the parking lot all night. My dad slipped in the shower cause the tub had no grip and the water didn't drain in the tub. I pulled out a glob of hair from the drain to try to get the tub to drain but still was not working properly.

When we first checked in they gave us a room where the ac did not work. the carpet was stained the sheets were stained and dirty and there was hair in the tub as well as soap scum all over the tub and walls of bath/shower we ended up switching rooms to one where the ac did work but still carpet was stained and not vacuumed there were crumbs all over the floor still hair in the tub/shower and it did not look like it was cleaned for months the sheets had burn holes all throughout as well as the pillows and blankets the couch was stained as well very run down hallways and room the pool had chains on the door to where you could not use it which is on of the reasons we booked this hotel was for a pool to relax in. Overall not even worth the money DO NOT STAY HERE!

Nothing The room was not clean. There were questionable stains in the carpet. The air conditioner wasn’t even turned on. The shower wasn’t clean and there was mold on the shower curtain. Outlets weren’t even put on the wall correctly. There were stains on the bedding. The whole place dealer of cigarettes and weed. Just overall not well taken care of. Would not recommend or book again

We will never stay here again. Pay the extra $$ to stay somewhere else. First time, curtains fell on my head when I tried to open them. But hey, it’s cheap and close enough to work. Told the lady at front desk. She stared at me blankly until I got up an entire flight of stairs and then yells for me to come back down after not saying anything while I was in front of her. So I walked back down and she puts me in another room. So I tried to go back. Hoping it was a different front desk person and better room because again, who doesn’t love to save money? This time, took me 45 minutes to check in because no one was there except house keeping (couldn’t work system). That same lady that works the front desk finally walks in slowly starts putting away her cup (I’ve never seen anyone walk in so slowly knowing someone is waiting) , doesn’t greet me after waiting so long, and finally she says “you got your license?” And checks me in. I ask for privacy door hanger because the last time I was there, they didn’t have one in the room. Tells me one is up there. I haul half a dozen bags/suitcases up the flight of stairs…no door hanger. Vent/fan is literally hanging/dangling out of the bathroom ceiling and it’s so loud that you can’t think straight. I tell her about it. She does the same thing where she stares blankly at me until I start walking back up the stairs. Once I get to the top, she yells for me to come back down. Why do that? Why not acknowledge me when I’m standing at the desk?
