The room was very dirty this place needs to be shut down asap it smells like mold

The staff was irresponsible; the bathroom was broken, and the dirty towels weren't changed. I was traveling with a baby. The AC didn't work, there were cockroaches, and the staff just said, "If you don't like it, leave." I really regret going there.

My stay was awful. The room cleanliness was unacceptable—stained bedsheets, a filthy mini fridge, and someone’s wet, mildewed clothes left in the closet. The air conditioner was falling out of the wall and didn’t cool the room until 4 AM. The showerhead was coming out of the wall, the TV wasn’t fixed until 9:30 PM, and there was even a plastic bag wrapped around the smoke detector. I would not recommend staying here.

DO NOT STAY HERE! There were stains on almost every surface and old food found in the couch. Shower had mold all over it and the bathroom in general wasn't cleaned. Dirt and grime all over the mirror, toilet, and floors. Our AC only half worked so the room was always warm. Staff came at some point and took all of the rags and towels, but never replaced them. When I called for more, they brought them, but they smelled like horrible body odor. The shower didn't drain properly and feces had backed up in the sink. Refrigerator barely worked so nothing stayed cold. The only plus side is that the pool area was fairly clean and enjoyable.

We ended up having to go buy bed sheets pillows and towels for our room. The floors and couch you couldn't even walk or sit on and there were lots of stains everywhere. We also had to purchase a Lysol and Clorox wipes for our bathroom and the smoke from other people's rooms was overwhelming. Don't worry about getting a rolling cart if you're on the second floor because there is no elevator and you'll end up walking it up anyways. Staff was very friendly, but every time we walked through the lobby somebody was complaining talking within their groups about their rooms.

Such a wonderful place to stay. We just love the manager and staff members. They are so helpful and kind. The room is so spacious and relaxing. The room is clean and the bed is hard to get out of(because it’s so comfortable)! There are so many food places and shopping centers nearby. It is a quiet area, and you can’t beat the price! Hands down the best place to stay!

The facility was not well maintained and dirty. There were stains on the carpet, missing spots near walls where once molding may have been removed and exposed concrete floor. Sheets and blankets were stained and had holes in them. The smell was a bad mixture of marijuana and mildew that had permeated the structure from years of improper cleaning and updating. At 7:45 to 8am there was no coffee and only 1 pastry available for breakfast. We actually didn't want to eat there anyway and had to spend money at a restaurant which I would have rather spent on a different hotel.

The room I was suppose to stay in was dirty so they moved me to another room and the jetted tub did not work and the fridge was froze up so I had to settle for the first room and the jetted tub worked but the shower didn’t work so definitely was a bad stay and not worth the money I spent

Great place to stay!

It was a place to stay for the night. Light bulbs burned out. I asked to replace was told didn't know where they were. Manager would be back and check later. No tissues in the bathroom. Breakfast was not appealing. Yogurt was warm tasted bad. Lock on bathroom broken on the inside. Got locked in because child turned the lock on the outside.

The beach isn’t far, and the traffic is much better here! 10/10 place to stay!

Stay was horrible. It was dirty . Got a room with a jacuzzi it didn’t work properly! Ice machine was molded !

The room is very clean and spacious. The price is unbeatable for the quality and value. The staff are so friendly. They are always greeting with a smile and great conversation! Amazing place to stay.

This was the worst property we have ever experienced. Please disregard anyone’s review that said anything other. It had roaches. The breakfast food didn’t last past one hour. And the staff was not helpful. They should be ashamed of their self for the quality of this hotel.
