Our coffee machine inside our room didn’t work it leaked everywhere and there is only one set of a washer and dryer in the entire hotel. But, other than that the food was mid but kept us fed in the morning. 30 minutes from Pier Park, wasn’t terrible for the price.

We stayed here for 3 nights. We had a King suite, so a separate bedroom from family room. The TV in our bedroom never worked. The drawer in the dresser wouldn’t stay closed. Our toilet leaked a lot. Walls around pictures were dirty. The property is old and needs to be better maintained. However, the staff, including during breakfast, was always wonderful and accommodating. Breakfast was really good as well.

Bathtub had lots of hair, refrigerator was dirty and when I asked to have it cleaned they said someone was on the way, checked again a few hours later and Noone had cleaned...we're told housekeeping was now gone so I had to clean it myself!! Trash in hallway was piled up for 3 days..never emptied

They misguided with headings as pier 2 miles, where it is too far

The air was off in all hallways and the hallways stunk. Room was okay once it finally cooled down

Nice hotel . Great location The back door couldn’t be accessed from the outside so it made it inconvenient for loading and loading .

For the price, the location was great. Walkable sidewalks, short drive to the beach, friendly staff, the pool was nice, and beds were comfortable

Location was perfect. The establishment itself was clean and well kept. The staff was very friendly and professional. The only thing was the breakfast that the 1st day I stayed it was great but then the next morning their was barely anything. I got up at th3 same time both days but I'm happy no matter what for the stay.

The front desk staff was very helpful and check in was quick and easy. There is small workout room that is well equipped.

Everything was great, and this is the second time we stayed there. It's very quiet and comfortable. There are stores and restaurants nearby. The door to our room was a little difficult to open, but this was reported to the front desk at checkout.
