I was charged for a one night stay at this hotel and I did not stay here at all. I made no reservations and a claim for a new cancellation fee of $176 was charged to my account. There has been little conversation regarding resolving this matter

This place was so well maintained.

The room was clean however it had a dog smell. The rooms keys didn’t work. The room wasn’t equipped with anything useful like chargers plug ins. It was musky inside. The bed was awful. Very lumpy, saggy, and we slept horribly. No breakfast unless you purchased it. You have to pay to park at the hotel you already paid over 200.00 dollars for one night. I’ll never stay at this one again.
