TownePlace Suites by Marriott Panama City

I’m satisfied with the say except that the elevator was not working during our stay. But the staff was really helpful in helping with carrying our luggage yo 3rd floor and car.

It was a great visit, starting at check in. It was fast and easy. The lady who checked me in (didn't get her name) was awesome. In addition to the check in she was able to help me with a number of things such as identifying the closest Catholic Church. Everyone I interacted with was helpful, professional and polite. The breakfast, although choices were limited, was good. I was interested in eggs and sausage or bacon w\and they offered those on a rotating basis. The room was clean and comfortable but I do have one complaint. The room was handicap accessible with a rolling shower - great! The toilet was another story - it was low, probably 3 inched lower than a handicap toilet. There was a proper one in the public restroom! That was the only negative item in the whole stay. In short, we would go back on our next trip to Panama City

The cleaning staff was rushing us to leave but we had a late check out the cleaning staff was rude and we left some expensive shoes behind and lost them too the rush of leaving

Every room has a small kitchen area. Breakfast was great! Clean and pet friendly!

This hotel is smack dab in the middle of a shady looking part of town. The hotel is not maintained, elevator was broken and the dishes in the cabinet were dirty. I do not recommend this place!

Elevator problems to carry bags

Comfortable, clean accommodations. Close to PCB (15 min drive) but very quiet during our stay. Loved the peace!

Very clean rooms and helpful and friendly staff!

It was clean and just for one night. It was not advertised that all queen rooms are handicapped accessible and it was so low my fiancé and I were almost sleeping on the floor.

Definitely the breakfast Was a little high

Need to replace towels, kitchen bags etc over the stay

All good. Wish the pool area offered a bit more privacy for those of us wanting to sunbath. It’s right next to the parking lot but nice place no other complaints. Would definitely stay here again.

The hotel in general, fitness center, building, bedding is not meet Marriot's standard. Uncomfortable and not really clean. Kitchen is poor in supplies, only 1 little knife, 1 pot 1 scratched pan that I did not use nor cook. I was suprised why this hotel is part of Marriot. Breakfast is decent.

Very clean, staff very friendly, great breakfast except the sausage. lol clean pool. Wasn’t loud or ghetto outside. No hot tub with pool

The front staff was so amazing! Leona was exceptional!! My dog Banjo even loved her....and that says alot!! If we come to stay again, it will be here becuz it was centrally located for everything we were seeing and doing. Thank You Again for everything!!

Location was great, friendly staff & very clean Rooms could use a paint update

The staff that greeted us was very professional and friendly. We were given options for the room location so that was nice. Everything in the room was absolutely great but I guess the location of the room was found to be near a local neighborhood and a dog loved barking pretty much of the night. If were staying any longer than one day, I would have asked to be moved but it was just an overnight. The location of the hotel was great and near many places to eat plus was near to my husband's brother which is why we were there to begin with. Breakfast was a great selection and hot.
