Loved the desk area. Nice room, comfortable and will recommend to others. Unable to take a bath. Shower liner too short, but overall nice stay.

Elevator down you have to use stairs to the upper floors

The staff was very friendly. The elevator was broken and I was told it had been broken for months, we needed towels on our last day of stay and management explained that they didn’t have any ready and didn’t have any to put in the rooms for the next guest that we’re checking in. We didn’t get any discounts on the rooms and I had two.

I’m satisfied with the say except that the elevator was not working during our stay. But the staff was really helpful in helping with carrying our luggage yo 3rd floor and car.

It was a great visit, starting at check in. It was fast and easy. The lady who checked me in (didn't get her name) was awesome. In addition to the check in she was able to help me with a number of things such as identifying the closest Catholic Church. Everyone I interacted with was helpful, professional and polite. The breakfast, although choices were limited, was good. I was interested in eggs and sausage or bacon w\and they offered those on a rotating basis. The room was clean and comfortable but I do have one complaint. The room was handicap accessible with a rolling shower - great! The toilet was another story - it was low, probably 3 inched lower than a handicap toilet. There was a proper one in the public restroom! That was the only negative item in the whole stay. In short, we would go back on our next trip to Panama City

The cleaning staff was rushing us to leave but we had a late check out the cleaning staff was rude and we left some expensive shoes behind and lost them too the rush of leaving
