Carpets in hallways were disgusting. Rooms were nothing like what was pictured online. Less than half a roll of already used toilet paper in bathroom. Tons of rotting garbage and what smelled of human feces by bushes where you park. Staff was super friendly though.

Room was clean but hallways were not. Worst continental breakfast with just 2 flavors of cereal, toaster waffles, and bananas. I got stuck on the elevator one morning and the inspection sign expired August 2025.

This is the place for you if you love the smell of mold and mildew. The lobby smells like mold.The hallway smells like mold and the room especially smells like mold.

The room was mediocre, bathroom was not clean. The smell coming from the AC unit was moldy. The snell in the room was horrible. Towels were clean but stained and ripped. I will not be renting a room form this hotel chain nor will be recommending it to anyone.

Staff won't help u at all, their rooms smell like nothing but weird chemicals and it makes it hard to breathe and they won't give u more than two towels, literally the rudest staff I have ever met

They let people drink beer and smoke cigarettes in the pool around children..

Breakfast use underwhelming. Only bagels and cereal. A few of the front desk people(the men) were not so friendly. Asked for some towels and wash rags so my dad could shower and they gave them to me and then proceeded to take them back because that was the day we were checking out. Never heard of this anywhere. I let me know in a nice way that this was unheard of and then for him to get extremely rude and tell me he would call the cops to us and to have us removed. Also, he had already handed them to me so my germs were already on them and then him taking them back is not so clean.

The review I am leaving is based off of a reservation dispute verse my actual stay at the hotel. I reserved the room via Hotels.com and I was charged for a room before I checked because I didn't arrive at the 4pm check in time. I contacted Hotels.com and spoke with the hotel receptionist. Neither party wanted to give me a refund nor did they want to cancel the reservation for the additional days.

Do not book here, the owner charged my card wayyyyy before I even checked in. Lucky for me I keep my card locked. Then me and my boys drop our stuff in our room, came back from dinner , came back about 8-9pm roaches all over our clothes. The front lady had no control of the owner, the owner didn't want to pay my money back.

This hotel was very underwhelming. Definitely a bit out dated and needs a little TLC.

The beds were wet when we came in and the shampoo and conditioner bottles were really tiny the shower didn't work and that's about it
