My children all were very happy with the pool and the staff was very nice. However, the property needs a lot of maintenance. The walls were covered with the black stuff that looks like mold. It’s really dirty really need to put some money into getting the place cleaned up. we won’t be staying there again.

Our room was a smoking room which it should have been non smoking. Room was dirty floor was nasty. Asked for someone to sweep and no one came. Wanted a refund but they said it would take 12-14 days to get refund. It didn't take that long to take my money so it shouldn't take that long to give it back. Room was just overall not the cleanest.

Very good for price but not the cleanest hotel

The floors were also extremely dirty and sticky. I had to keep my socks on the entire time, and they were so filthy afterward that I threw them away the next day. The only positive part of our stay was the front desk associate. She was incredibly kind, professional, and provided excellent customer service. I genuinely felt bad because someone with her level of hospitality deserves to work at a much better hotel. We expected much higher cleanliness standards from this brand, but this experience was a huge disappointment. A non-smoking room should actually be smoke-free and clean. Unfortunately, this stay has lost us as customers. We will not be returning.

The staff on duty was extremely helpful. The room was ok. The fridge can holder needed cleaned. The shower spot barely released for shower to transfer from tub to shower . It leaked all night. The floor needs cleaned better. Everyones feet was black on bottom from floors. Even the towel we used to clean up water from pool turned black.

The floors were wet I could have could easily fallen But since it was late when I checked in I did not walk to the front to report it so my daughter and I took some extra towels that we had and dried the water up and turned the air on. The housekeeper that moped the floor needs some training on how to mop but the actual room was clean. Also the phone did not work so therefore I was unable to call the front desk.,

Is good hotel

Horrible not clean staff mostly unfriendly and breakfast was minimal.

Convenient location and rooms were not that bad for the price at all

The hotel was very dirty. The rooms are outdated and nasty. They don't change the sheets after guess. Our beds were full of beach sand. THIS PLACE IS VERY NASTY.

Was kicked out do to a technical issue and the front desk to got an attitude instead of trying to remedy the situation, the suggested i call thw police over a simple scheduling issue

Got kicked out before I was scheduled to check out. The front desk person was extremely rude when I tried to rectify the issue.

Beds were comfy but the room was trashy. The walls were dirty throughout the ceiling was dirty. People were outside the room smoking weed and had the room smelling like weed.

Clean room. The pool was a little small but still fun. Check in said 2 but was actually at 3 so that kinda sucked

Bed was actually pretty comfortable. Staff was nice. The room door looked like it had been kicked in recently - bathroom door also looked like it had been kicked in and TP holder ripped off the wall. TV remote only worked intermittently. Sounds like housekeeping didn't advise front desk of room condition, as the front desk was apologetic and offered to switch rooms.
