The only thing good about this place is the GM named Mark. He kept profusely apologizing because the entire place smells like mold so bad and I have asthma. I’m extremely allergic to mold, but it was a holiday weekend and every place else was completely booked, so I couldn’t even cancel, but I will never ever stay at a comfort Inn again.

The staff gave away my reservation when I paid extra to pay at location. Never attempted to call. Booked through Expedia.

Biggest issue was lack of humidity control. It was often more humid in the room than outside. Hard to tell if towels were used or unused since they were always damp. It was impossible to take a shower without soaking the bathroom floor. Carpet should be removed. We were told that we need to request room cleaning and sheet change 2 days in advance - we requested as told and it never happened. We got by but have stayed at much nice comfort inns.

Staff was very friendly and the whole place was really clean. Room was comfy.

While the staff were as helpful as possible, the condition of the property is horrible. Musty mildewy smells in the rooms. We looked at 4 rooms before finding “the best of the bad”. The AC was set at 62 in the rooms to try to cover the mildew smell. The first room had a leaky toilet…not from the tank but from the bowl that had a massive crack that they tried to patch with caulk. It ran off and on all night. Second and third rooms smelled just as bad. Fourth room was tolerable but missing light bulbs and other conveniences. Had to request that they be addressed. It is season there right now and other affordable options didn’t exist. There is new General Manager and he said the owner doesn’t want to spend any money to fix/upgrade. Do not recommend!!!

Rooms were fabulously clean. towels cleaned everyday . Breakfast needs a lot of work there is no rotation it is the same thing everyday food is cold and does not taste the best definitely would stay again but forsure know you need breakfast out

It could have been an OK hotel if not the awful staff and their completely careless attitude. The clients are supposed to ask for a room service the day before and I did. However, I didnot get three room cleaned and ask the person at the front desk. She didnot want to talk to me and even simply apologize. She said that it was not her fault and I should leave.
