There is a humidity issue. Our clothes were damp every morning. The carpet felt damp too. Room was clean, just dated. It’s not a bad motel, they just need to update and fix the moisture issue. Staff was friendly. Breakfast was average.

It was a decent hotel at a decent location. About 15 miles from beach but with traffic it is about at 25 minute drive. Rooms were a good size . Breakfast is good but don't expect to get full from it. Lol

Great clean place to stay. Simple but very good breakfast. Easy to get in and out of. Lots of local stuff to do .

I didn’t like that the room smells like humidity and the air conditioning unit makes a lot of noise.

Room had what looked like mold on the ceiling, light and curtains. Room didn’t look clean. Bed was comfortable. Pool was small but enjoyable. Breakfast wasn’t the best but it was something. Front desk personnel was more in her phone vs helping. Everytime we needed fresh towels she wasn’t there and hiding and on her phone. Gave attitude about the towels. Checked out early due to health issues after staying a few days, could be do to the mold.

The TV in the King Suite was in front of the bed and you couldn’t see it from the couch which had a bad stain on it so passed on sitting on it. No extra linen for the couch sofa bed, carpet was wet when we checked in and maintenance seriously needs to learn how to caulk! It was obvious that the towels were just thrown on the shelves so in our opinion this is NOT a 3 star especially for 202.00 a night.

After 2 nights at this hotel, I was stripping the bed linens to help housekeeping out. I noticed there was something spilled all over the wall and the side of the bed. The night stand was hiding it. It had been there so long it was molded. Disgusting! I slept there not knowing what was just beneath my head. I showed the GM and was offered nothing but an apology. I do not recommend this property. Unfortunately, this site will not allow me to upload the photo!

Breakfast was simple and not gourmet but it is a comfort inn. Food everywhere around the property

Other than that the rest of the room was nice, and there onsite breakfast was well worth it.

The hotel itself was fine; it’s no ritz Carlton but it was clean, the room was nice, and the hotel is in a very good location with tons of food, shopping and attraction options. The staff, however, easily made this a one and done deal for me. Front desk and housekeeping staff were unkind, unprofessional, and unhelpful. I give 3 stars for the property but ZERO for the staff!!
