Breakfast could be improved. The room was good, plenty of space, but we did see a few roaches during our 3 night stay. The back door lock by the pool needs repair. Extremely difficult to unlock.

The bathrooms were dirty with rings around the toilet and bathtub. Hair was on the bathroom walls. After my first day, I started having problems with the toilet, not flushing properly. But it was until the last night of my state that the toilet began to overflow and flush properly and the whole bathroom and carpet was flooded. I had to call downstairs five times for almost 30 minutes before someone answered the phone. And that’s because I went downstairs to get the he was outside with another employee having a cigarette break for at least 30 minutes properly. Then I was given a broken plunger that I had to fix in order to unstop the toilet. This was a horrible experience coming from Tampa to Panama City. I do not recommend this place to no one.

I enjoyed the atmosphere and the staff was friendly and very helpful we will stay there again.

This property is not what you find on the website. Poor quality, overpriced hotel.

Nice and quiet. The staff was very nice, kept a building very clean. Every time I came back to the room it kept asking me to log in to the wifi

It was a good location. The staff was nice and friendly. The lobby was beautiful. It was a decent price. Had a elevator. Love the coffee availability. Our room had a weird smell almost sewer smell. The breakfast was horrible. Even the waffle mix when made had a weird taste.

Bedrooms were comfy and nice. Good price good location. Breakfast was a disappointment. No coffee. Toaster didnt work and the waffle cooker didnt cook the waffles through. Ended up taking a muffin and going.

Good location Old facilities in need of some updating, which is not a big deal. Peeling paint and rust around exterior doors. Tub in room wasn’t clean when I checked in. Mattress pad stained and ripped; just made me question what all might be there that I couldn’t see. TV in sitting area didn’t work. Breakfast was basic and very limited. I just got a not super clean vibe from all of it. Staff was nice. Toilet was clogged and they sent someone to fix it immediately. I’m definitely a basic value hotel girl but this was a little below my comfort level AND my expectations for this particular chain.

The location isn't too far from the beach and it was clean and spacious.

The bed was comfortable. The towels were nice and plush. The motel was located away from train tracks, so there was no train noise. Traffic noise was limited. The room darkening shade worked. I stayed from Monday afternoon through Saturday morning. THE MAIDS NEVER CLEANED MY ROOM. I took my two trash cans down to the front desk to show them. My bed was never made, the carpet (which felt sticky underfoot) was never vacuumed, the dirty towels were never changed and replaced with clean ones. The fitness room air conditioner didn't work - it must've been 85F in there. The treadmill had an annoying habit of ending walking session every other minute - this would have been dangerous had I been jogging. I alerted the front desk twice, but the machine wasn't fixed. Coffee cups didn't fit with the lids provided.
