Everyone was so nice and helpful. Forgot about the whole don’t put the key by your phone rule but they helped me out with no problems! I did it twice ♀️ Nothing everything was great.

Rented a Suite, handicap accessible. As soon as we walked in, room smelled like wet dog. Found floors to be soaking wet (sloshing) Only one remote for 2 tvs. Pull out couch mattress was just a spring. Staff provided a 2nd remote on request. After 1st night could not sleep on just a spring mattress. Staff did nothing to rectify it other than moving to a non-accesible room, We declined. (Mother is elderly and needed the accessibility. Floors remained soaked entire 3 day stay. Every night we were locked out of our room, had to get keys reprogrammed. No soap in bathroom dispensers and would not fill! Manger offered a 10% discount HAHAHA no way. Did get 1 night refunded. Horrible stay, never again!!

I liked the moderate proximity to the beach, comfortable bed, and very friendly staff. I slept with earplugs in my ears to tell myself the roaches wouldn't get into my ear canal. There were live roaches beneath my rusted mini fridge, there was mildew/mold around the window, I killed a millipede in the bathroom within 5 minutes of arriving, and there was a severely sticky spot in the carpet that kept adhering to my feet as I tried to walk to the bathroom.

Clean, comfortable beds, and breakfast was delicious The gentleman working the breakfast area was very nice and kept the area clean. Front desk was very nice and accommodating The side door was broken so it was unlocked during the day.. the accessible rooms are quite tight for wheelchair with all the furniture

The beds were comfy, the room was quiet, plenty of parking available. Breakfast was good The a/c unit leaked water on the floor causing carpet to be very soggy by the window. The toilet was slow to flush at first, the side door to the parking area was out of service.
