We asked for the room to be cleaned two out of the 4 nights we stayed and nobody ever came the whole time. They slip a small piece of paper in with your room key that says you have to specifically ask for your room to be cleaned. Even after that first night (after we figured that out), we specifically asked and our room still wasn’t cleaned.

Great property central to restaurants. The only downfall was many of the rooms views were looking at A/C units and a roof so that was a bummer.

Very friendly and helpful staff especially the young man at check in. He went above and beyond to help when I couldn’t get icemaker to work Hot water was spotty and not very warm. Lavatory sink plug didn’t work and I couldn’t get ice maker to work.

I have traveled a lot of the years, this was refreshing, super clean location. The rooms were not ornate, however, completely clean and comfortable. Certainly, a great location to repeat a stay with confidence.

It was on my way to my destination. Toilet seats were not comfortable. The way the room was setup was not ideal. No place to hang my towel in the bathroom.

Great location close to everything in park city. Staff were really great. The indoor pool was very good and well maintained. The rooms were newer and clean. Dog friendly. Breakfast was better than at 95 percent of non luxury hotels I’ve stayed at. Very fresh, high quality items not the typical continental breakfast junk. The only thing that annoyed me was when we booked online we paid for the breakfast included option but at this hotel if you have four guests like we did only two of the guests get breakfast. That’s the weirdest thing ever and no other hotel we have ever stayed at ever had ridiculous bate and switch policy like that. Typical when we add breakfast to your reservation it’s included for all guests in your room.

The staff was great, amenities and the room was great. The people above us from 3:00 am to 6:00 were not great and so loud banging around the room.
