Location to restaurants. Room layout of bathroom with sink in entry area. Breakfast wasn’t very good. Bacon was like plastic. Typical subpar breakfast offerings from hotels these days.

The hotel boiler caught fire and we received no communication from the staff. When we inquired, the clerk knew nothing and kept saying that the manager would have answers to our questions. The manager never showed prior to everyone leaving.

Everything about the hotel was great! But the broiler broke the morning we left and we had to take ice cold showers. The staff was great and taking care of us in the ways they could but because we booked through a third party we have had to deal with Expedia to see if we can get a refund.

Such a beautiful area to stay. The hotel was just what we needed after a long drive. Staff were helpful and friendly. Our room was clean and very comfortable. Hot tub and pool were very well maintained. Breakfast gave us good variety and quality.
