There were a couple of things that could be improved. First, the bed sizes didn't seem to match the room descriptions. The "king" bed felt much smaller than expected, and the room advertised as having "two queen beds" appeared to have full-size beds instead. My biggest concern, however, was the vacation club/timeshare presentation. After checking in, we were introduced to someone who presented themselves as a travel guide offering discount passes and future travel rewards. It quickly turned into a sales pitch, and we felt pressured to schedule a meeting. We canceled the appointment the next day after realizing what it actually involved. Unfortunately, that wasn't the end of it. We were approached at our hotel room door and encouraged multiple times to reconsider. One representative even told us it would help pay for his college tuition if we attended the meeting. While I understand everyone has a job to do, it made us feel uncomfortable and cornered. The presentation was initially framed as receiving travel credits, rather than clearly explaining it was related to a timeshare-style sales presentation. We booked this vacation to relax and spend quality time together during a difficult season for our family. Being approached and pressured took away that feel

The check-in staff was friendly, helpful and very patient with questions. Only thing we were not prepared for was the timeshare pitch (although once we made it clear that we were not interested, that was it). Room was clean, kitchen nicely stocked with dishes/cookware. Bed not the most comfortable, however quiet room. Parking garage is tight, however convenient. Loved the wristband key concept, so much easier than a keycard.

Needless to say, look at the cost of those time share points on the secondary market ($1 for a million points) vs the $35,000 they wanted me to pay for 500,000 points.

Friendly staff, quiet location, comfortable beds and furniture.

The unit was very clean and comfortable. The fireplace and view were added bonus. The staff were all friendly and helpful. We would definitely stay there again.

Great place for couple, easy check-in process, well-appointed kitchen with all utensils you need, bring your own spices though. Easy in/out from parking garage. Bed was very comfortable.

Property was clean and front desk person was welcoming. Had nicely UpToDate furnished 2 bedroom suite. Property pool area worked well for us and felt private. Things that did not work for us were the lower Canyon area of hotel lacked a restaurant or bar so everything required a commute to upper area which was 20 to 30 minute wait time or we just always uber to town. In part we had larger Van so not easy to park in garage while we adlibed with Ubers and tried the public transit but that really just didn't fit our schedule

We had a wonderful anniversary trip! They even sent cider and an apple pie and popcorn to help us celebrate. The accommodations were comfortable and stylish. The service was excellent. Would definitely stay again!

Refrigerator didn’t work for the whole first day we were there. Came and tried to fix it and it still didn’t work. Had to request them to come back. We finally asked for a new room and moved. Tub was dirty and slimy. Other than that the room was good. Front desk staff were great.

Gorgeous location, hotel and scenery!! Customer service was top notch and the front desk also provided several options for activities, hiking trails, restaurants etc. We wouldn't hesitate to stay again and highly recommend!

A special surprise request was made during our stay and to say that they went above and beyond would be an understatement. They were lovely and absolutely thoughtful. It was so fun to walk into our room and see how much preparations had been done for me.

Hidden parking fees. Overrun with kids. Lower grade compared to other hotels in the Canyons Village.
