Our visit to Park City was incredible and staying at Silverado Lodge and having it be home for a few days made our trip complete. The suite was beautiful, clean and comfortable and the staff was kind and helpful (special shout out to Nathan for his exceptional hospitality) the location was superb and the beauty of the area couldn’t be beat. We look forward to our next visit and will be staying here again.

I thought the room was very nice. The shower didn't drain properly, and the balcony area was covered in bird feces from all the nests. The bed was extremely comfortable however.

Property was great room was great. Kitchen was nice. The coffee machine was missing a filter and the pool was not warmed and neither were the Jacuzzi, which was the most disappointing but overall everything else was great.

Cons: The hot tub was broken :( the sauna also had a bench that felt unsafe to relax on. It was hard to find parking in the garage.

Our room was well stocked with coffee, a humidifier, and lots of treats. It was clean and comfortable. The staff is helpful and respectful; which I appreciate. The shuttle bus is an added feature that makes it convenient to access the Park City free bus system.

Beautiful property … spacious and everything was clean and well maintained and we had a wonderful stay. Not a big deal, but we didn’t realize there would be three different entrances for the property. Our key card got us into a small hallway which had three separate entrances….two of the entrances lead to a connecting bedroom and kitchen/living/dining room area but the third entrance lead to a completely different bedroom/bathroom. Not that big of a deal as my kids are older and fine on their own but might be a little harder if you have little kids that don’t sleep through the night.

Late for me to check in. Staff was very unfriendly and useless. Shower door didn’t work. Towels were gross.

It's a nice resort, room was good. Unfortunately the room didn't have any coffee filters and the bathroom sink was draining very very slowly. Otherwise it was a good stay.

The staff were super friendly and helpful. We were staying for a concert and it was super convenient that the shuttle stops right by at their lobby front door! We could have walked , because it wasn’t that far but it was hot so we opted to take the shuttle. Room was great, clean and comfortable!
