Our shower had zero pressure, when the front desk was made aware of it their answer was jeee I’m sorry. Two adults and kids and the shower would not function. Not impressed

The staff at check in gave me the wrong info for my payment and the concierge gave us helpful info but was a bit unkind. I wouldn’t stay here again but it was safe and in a good location.

Showers are lukewarm, no matter what time of day. Everything else was great.

We asked several times for coffee for our room and nothing. I’ve machine was broken the whole weekend and staff was not helpful.

Carpet needs to be cleaned. We had a drip from our ceiling. Told desk about it. Had someone come to address but left a mess. We asked if someone would be back to clean it up, and he said sure. There was a little bit of a language barrier, but I think he understood what we meant. We left our do not disturb sign on the door so unfortunately, when we returned, the mess was not cleaned up yet. That may have been our fault, however, it would’ve been nice if he could’ve sent someone immediately to clean up the mess while we were still there. I was told by the person who looked at the drip in our ceiling, something about our water and/or our air-conditioning would not be able to run? Again, there was a little bit of a Language barrier so I wasn’t exactly sure what he was telling me. I didn’t really have time to go into detail about it with him as I needed to get going for the day. I also received two notices that I did not have a parking pass, but I was charged for three days parking for $25 each day. If you are going to charge me to park, I would hope that you have a record of my license plate number and vehicle make and model? The first night we arrived at 10:30 PM late. I was too tired to worry about a parking pass and was not offered one. We received valet parking because there was no self park available at that time. The hotel did not offer a parking pass due to this however, told us that we could use the self park the next day. Lastly, the TV in the main bedroom was not workin

Room was clean. Bed was harder than I prefer. Grounds were fairly clean, although there were some areas that weren't. They had internet and TV issues that took several hours to resolve, that affected the whole resort. Overall we had a nice enjoyable stay.

Overall good, we had some issues with the temperature in the room fluctuating from very hot to very cold. Unfortunate WiFi outage for a day and difficult getting transportation to other locations via taxis/uber. The hotel shuttle was helpful.

The views, the whole set up. It was beautiful. The pillows were uncomfortable, we didn’t sleep very well. Once you laid on the pillow it went flat, and you had to sit up for it to blow back up.

The staff was amazing, resort beautiful, highly recommended

Beautiful setting and very nice

Room-smelled bad, then later discovered toilet was clogged, shower was clogged, this should have been noticed while room was being cleaned. Closet rod was also dusty. Service-staff did help to change room ASAP, the different room did not smell bad but the closet rod was also dusty.

Always a great place to stay and relax. Excellent rooms and staff. A great getaway!
