This is a very nice hotel. We really enjoyed our stay. It is close to so many things in Park City.

Parking was supposed to be to be included. I was charged $25. The property said this Expedia’s error. Ill have the conversation with Expedia

The property was a good value for the price but the rooms feel dated and if your not on the top floor, you'll here people walking above you.

close to the pool. Really nice place to relax and hang out at. Definitely would recommend!!

We stayed for one night for our anniversary. It was a great property to stay at. The room was nice and we didn’t have any issues. Everything was clean, nothing broken. There were robes, plenty of towels. The beds were comfortable and having a little balcony to sit out on was nice to enjoy the views and fresh air. The pillows are okay. They end up going flat so bring your own pillow or bundle up lots of pillows before you fall asleep if that’s going to bother you. I didn’t love that the elevators are only on one end of the building. We ended up taking the stairs a lot, which I didn’t mind but might be inconvenient for someone else (more of an fyi.) There is a $25 charge for parking (per night) but there is no up charge for using the valet. $100 hold for incidentals. We didn’t use any amenities so I can’t review those. The pool is conveniently located in the middle of all the buildings though. Overall, I would recommend staying here and would do so again. It was really pleasant.

Very nice hotel in a very pretty area! Pool needs little updating.

Room was clean and well stocked with plenty of clean towels and robes. Beds not as comfy as they look and pillows a but too squishy for me.

We got a free upgrade to a bigger suite ! They have everything you need in the suites ! Just love it thanks for the team for the supper ! Especially Ryan !

I didn’t like how I felt pressured to tip again after leaving a big tip with valet and told the guy this is for parking and my departure and he said yes that is great. Then he went and got my car and stood there waiting for a tip and thank him and he continued to wait. I got in and shut the door and drove feeling bad but I did give him a tip to cover my arrival and departure . I never used my car as I use uber for my travel at night as I was drinking. See above

Upon arrival they told us we had to pay $25 a night for parking. Nowhere on the booking was this disclosed. The parking garage wasn't even big enough for everyone to park. So if the parking lot filled up, you had use valet parking. So then you had to pay a tip on top the the $25 you already paid for the valet . At 10:00 at night our ceiling began leaking water. It ended up being the air conditioning that was leaking. It took over an hour for them to arrive and complete the fix. We had to be up early the next day and no compensation was given.

Rooms were clean but very out dated, especially for the amount of money I spent to stay here for one night. The room walls are very thin, you can hear everything next door and especially the rooms above you. I would not recommend staying here. The property looks really beautiful on the outside but once you are in the elevators, then hall ways and into your room and that’s when you get the movie “The Shining” vibes. Check out is at 10am which is another huge con but that’s my fault for not paying attention when booking. Customer service was good but I wouldn’t stay here again.
