Very nice place and resort

Offseason… place not in tip top ship. No lobby bar. Restaurants had strange hours and a few were closed. Our mistake for not recognizes the summer is the off season for this place.

The resort was buying amazing. The employees were so fantastic and you feel so special! The room was lovely and we loved the hot tub. Totally plan to come back!!

The hotel was great! Staff was very helpful, shuttle service was great, and location is perfect!

The proper tea was beautiful with magnificent views. The room and amenities were well aligned with the nightly price. The problem with the property is the layout is crazy. You have to go upstairs, down the hall, down an elevator to get where you need to go. It was so confusing. And the fact that you had to buy the supplies to make s’mores with ridiculous. Many hotels do s’mores at night now and I’ve never had to pay anywhere that I’ve stayed. That was disappointing. And everything closes by 10 PM which is much too early for a family resort. We had a wonderful stay, but there are definitely some areas that need improvement.

I had asked for a room with a "nice" view and when we got to the room it was a view of a road, dirt hill, parking lot and a tree blocking what little view we had. Then we noticed the room was 80 degrees. Uncomfortable. Found out later the AC was out in the whole complex. Great, no one at the desk notified us. Thank goodness for fans in the room and cool weather. We were hoping to take advantage of their in-house steak restaurant but they were closed as was most amenities due to off-season. Also no notice at check-in that these were not available and maybe references where other services could be found. So, good off-season rates but amenities are lacking. And the hotel is very difficult to navigate with long corridors and numerous elevators. Not a great way to celebrate our 40th anniversary. We will probably stay elsewhere.

The customer service absolutely blew us away. Paul made our check-in experience seamless and welcoming from the moment we arrived. He went above and beyond helping us navigate parking, our room, and all the resort amenities. It honestly set the tone for the entire weekend, and I’m so grateful we were welcomed by him. We also loved the complimentary shuttle service, Art was wonderful and made getting around so enjoyable. The pool was spectacular, and the activity center was one of our favorite parts of the trip. We participated in all the Mother’s Day activities and crafts (including crafts for adults!), played bingo by the pool, and loved that there was always something fun happening without ever needing to leave the resort. The Mother’s Day brunch and fresh roses were such thoughtful touches that made the weekend feel extra special. It truly felt like the resort cared about creating meaningful experiences for families. Thank you to the entire staff for making this such a beautiful and memorable weekend for our family. We had such an amazing experience that we’re already talking about making this an annual Mother’s Day tradition.

We LOVED our stay at West Gate in Park City, Utah! My husband and I got married on his birthday and West Gate hooked us up. They made our day so special—we felt like resort royalty. Our condo was clean, cozy and comfortable. We had the best view in the house—a pine-flanked balcony overlooking the outdoor pool. Okay. Can I tell you how beautiful this was??!! Wow. Wow. Wow. The jacuzzi tub felt like a taste of Tahiti. We felt pampered, adored and welcomed. Nice, the desk attendant, was so kind, helpful and friendly. She offered us water, which was soon chilled in our full-size fridge, complete with a fully stocked kitchen. Large television. Spa-like shower. Such a cool condo. We loved all the pools and amenities on the premises. This was a night to remember. We highly recommend West Gate!!

The staff went above and beyond to make our anniversary very special. We felt very pampered and attended to. The rooms were clean, the grounds beautiful and the 18 over pool area was so relaxing. Everyone was very attentive and kind. We’d love to stay here again. Thank you for helping make our anniversary one to remember!

Great location and everything that you could want in a mountainside resort.

Great clean room with great amenities, great ambience of the building. The spa at the resort was awesome

It’s a maze to get to places. But once you figure that out it’s great. The shuttle bus is a good option to get in and out of town but you can’t reserve it so sometimes it’ll take 10 mins or 40.
