This was a terrible establishment and a maze of corridors to get top you tiny room

It was wonderful! We loved the full kitchen, big bedroom, living room!! Steam shower was amazing and a wonderful upgrade!

Suite was very small to move around. Lighting poor. No exhaust fan in bathroom. Pull out couch mattress very uncomfortable.

Amazing and beautiful place to stay. Great price, friendly service, super clean room, views is great. The room we stayed in even had a sauna. Perfect relaxing place for our vacation.

After a long day of travel and last minute reservation, I could not be more pleased! The staff was extremely helpful and the room was more comfortable than expected. We needed a late check out and the staff was so easy to accommodate! Definitely on my list to visit again.

It was a super clean hotel had alot of activities to do.

The amenities were incredible. My husband and I really enjoyed our overnight stay and the shuttle to/from the hotel was super nice.

Offseason… place not in tip top ship. No lobby bar. Restaurants had strange hours and a few were closed. Our mistake for not recognizes the summer is the off season for this place.

The resort was buying amazing. The employees were so fantastic and you feel so special! The room was lovely and we loved the hot tub. Totally plan to come back!!

Hidden fees, hot tub broken, room had patches on the wall, floor was delaminating, parking was non existent (we spent 1.5 hours circling tge garage because they over booked the building and they had no off site options so they forced us to pay to valet)

We wer disappointed that the indoor hot tub (in the relaxation pool area) was out of service.

Loved the steam shower, pools, and activities. Location is quiet off main st, but closer to the outlets and regular conveniences.

The hotel was great! Staff was very helpful, shuttle service was great, and location is perfect!

The proper tea was beautiful with magnificent views. The room and amenities were well aligned with the nightly price. The problem with the property is the layout is crazy. You have to go upstairs, down the hall, down an elevator to get where you need to go. It was so confusing. And the fact that you had to buy the supplies to make s’mores with ridiculous. Many hotels do s’mores at night now and I’ve never had to pay anywhere that I’ve stayed. That was disappointing. And everything closes by 10 PM which is much too early for a family resort. We had a wonderful stay, but there are definitely some areas that need improvement.

Our check in was amazing! Laura was so kind and helpful. She helped us celebrate our anniversary! Made us feel so special we are coming back every year to celebrate! Beautiful resort!
