5 star resort

Staff were very helpful and friendly! The gym was nice with plenty of equipment. The rooftop pool was so nice with great views and lounge chairs. Good food and drinks at the Apres Pendry restaurant. The boutique in the lobby was cute. We rode the gondola to the top of the mountain and then took a beautiful, not too difficult hike! Plenty of restaurants and shops that you could walk to. I would definitely go back!

The Pendry was a good hotel, not a great hotel! For a 5 star hotel I would expect better service, the pool upkeep better and waiters coming to you rather than you going to them.

We checked out in the AM, skied all day then changed, headed to the airport easily after the equipment was dry: we appreciate the Pendry team, great food and well planed housekeeping

The property was clean and staff was nice. Good location to a gondola. They have a rooftop pool bar that blasts music from 2-6p along with Pendry’s “party on the plaza” that also blasts music from 2-5p. I wish I would have known this before spending so much money on this hotel. We are a family with teenaged kids…the music didn’t bother them but for me after skiing all day I like to take a hot shower and take an hour nap…it is impossible to lay down during the day in this hotel. It was like being in a dance club with loud bass techno music coming at my room from not 1 but 2 directions…I get some people love that party ski vibe but I do not. I guess I thought at this price point Pendry would offer more of a Montage experience. I would not stay here again at this price point.

Room was clean - and housekeeping was timely - I wish they swept and vacuumed daily. Door to bathroom was broken and nobody came to fix even after I requested. Other than that service was great everyone was very friendly. Food was good. Property was clean and rooms were very comfortable.

We stayed in December and there were nightly activities for children including smores by the fire. Our room was average size, but very clean and had lovely views of the mountain. Overall, would definitely stay here again.
