We had a wonderful stay at the Hyatt Centric. The pool was wonderful, the staff was nice, and they had kids' activities daily. We had a water balloon fight, s'mores by the fire, and searched for a cute stuffed moose for a prize. We will be staying again next year and this time bringing our pups.

Had an amazing stay at this hotel and would highly recommend it. The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, the mountain views were beautiful, and the property was quiet, clean, and well maintained. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and I would definitely stay here again.

Additionally, the water temperature of the showers just fluctuates out of no where. It actually becomes dangerously hot where you will have to jump away from the water. Reported it, they send a technician problem still persisted. I guess if you dont use a car in Utah and dont take a shower ths isnt a bad hotel to stay at (-:

The property is a beautiful cozy cabin like feel. The rooms are very clean and comfortable; and the rooms with balcony views of the village are amazing. Perfect for enjoying a morning coffee while savoring the view. But the best thing by far about the property is the amazing staff. Incredibly friendly and accommodating, always willing to go the extra mile for you. A very special shout out to the manager Russell who was just the epitome of hospitality, as well as Jackson who drives the hotel shuttle to main st and the gondola. Super friendly people and always happy to help. Nothing.
