It was great.

Everything was great and the room was nice and clean.

It was a good-sized space. We rented a suite, and it was well worth it. We loved being able to walk to the restaurants and concert. We had a great time!

This is the second time I've stayed here and I would definitely stay again. The staff is friendly and helpful. The condos were clean with beautiful views. I love the little decks.

Loved that it didn’t feel like your standard hotel room! I always love a balcony! If I had to say something, the jetted tin was loud, but that didn’t affect my stay at all!

Avoid staying here! I get that they have construction going on, but the email that they sent said that you do your best to book guests in other areas not right in the vicinity of construction. We were woken up at 7:15 am to banging literally right outside of our patio door. If our blinds weren’t closed, we would have had guys looking right into our room while we slept (well until they woke us up that is). I would avoid this place at all costs at least until they are done with the construction. I’m so frustrated that I paid to stay at this place and there was so little regard for their guests.

The check in process was unclear as it directed us to a wall safe inside the lobby to find our keys. Turns out this booking had a completely separate electronic check in process. (Kudos to the staff at the Sundial desk for trying to assist us.) I called the number in the lobby listed for questions with check in and was told the did not have our booking and she hung up on me. I called back 3 times and finally got a wonderful man who found the booking and went out of his way to assist us in gaining access to the property. The paperwork needs to be more clear for their "Luxury" booking. We enjoyed the close proximity to gondola and the view was nice.

The place itself was great! Very clean and nice. We went to a Concert on the Slopes at the Canyons and in was right outside the door! When we arrived there was no one at the front desk. We had to call a number and wait about 10 minutes for someone from another hotel down the road to come and check us in. He was very friendly and helpful but we were in a hurry and it was kind of annoying to have to wait to check in. I was also irritated that we had to pay $25 to park at the hotel. I did not see that posted anywhere when booking the hotel. Then when we got our confirmation email it said that you have to pay $25 a day in the summer and $50 a day in the winter and on holidays to park there! Had I known that, I probably would have selected a different hotel! The outside of the building is also undergoing remodeling, which again was not mentioned until we received our confirmation email! They were putting shingles on the roof the day we checked out. They started making loud noises about 8:30 a.m. and had the entrance to the parking garage and the check in parking area blocked off.
