Front desk not familiar with park city skiing or the mountain. Not familiar with bus schedule. Pre paid Breakfast ($22 pp) , buffet style powdered egg ( scramble ) bacon/suagage home fries ( same menu for the entires trip. Not sure why couldn’t order for regular menu omelet and home fries $19 ( cheaper than buffet price) was told I needed to pay for it. Most of the stuff on the menu cheaper than the buffet pre paid price. Hot tub hot , but no pressure in the jets ( felt like sitting in a bathtub

Great location. Hotel needs an update
-
Hotel is well located next to a bus stop on both sides of the street allowing quick free access to anywhere in the Park City/Deer Valley area. Download the app, and it’s super easy and convenient. Hotel staff were all very friendly and helpful. Beds are comfortable, but facilities and rooms are very dated. If your going for area activities, and just need a place to sleep and shower, it’s a good choice.

Great staff. Why? Any given extra shout out to Mike, he was the epitome of hospitality and customer service.
-
Perfect location for Sundance. Unfortunately, this isn’t helpful information any more.

Place terrible and staff are not helpful at all. They don’t even ask if we need help with our luggage .They let us push and get a cart by ourselves.I don’t know about the day shift staff but the Swing shift staff terrible. They just look at us pushing all our luggages at in our room.Terrible experience.

Rooms are not equipped with smart tvs.

We love the place, try to stay there every year for ski trip. This year it’s average review, mostly for hot tub was down. Other than the slopes and the Main Street, having a hot steaming spa at the end of the long day on the slopes is a big deal for us. They were ‘diligently’ working on it, but I never saw any workers for 4 days. That and no shuttle bus -public PC redline is close enough but walking 5 minutes under full gear is a hike
-
There were a bunch of ants in the bathroom. The hot tub was closed most our stay. I was told the bus system was free and easy to use, but it was not easy to use. I was expecting a 4 star hotel, it was more like a 3 star hotel.

There was cockroaches in the room

The room was great but the staff was even better. I have to say that the staff member named Mike was exceptional. Loved the cookies too!

Kudos to the receptionist Audra. She was extremely helpful and friendly. Always greeted us coming and going; had recommendations & cheerful & upbeat. An amazing credit to Hilton for hiring her!
