This is an awesome property and we highly recommend staying there. The staff provides excellent customer service and made our experience that much better. The rooms are very clean and comfortable. The Valet's were amazing, especially John, Herbert and Romeel.(spelling). Raul, the General Manager, was very nice and accommodating. The front desk staff were so nice and always greeted us with a smile. The Pool Bar staff were very nice and came around often to check on us. We will be making this our annual get together hotel with our friends. Thank you!!

We recently stayed to celebrate my wife's birthday. The check-in was efficient but not very friendly. The biggest issue was the bed... I do not think it had been updated since the property was built (20+ years). The mattress had no form and was lumpy and squeaked. It was so bad we decided to leave in the middle of night and drive home because neither of us could go to sleep.

We loved staying at The Hotel Park City. It was quiet, convenient, and had everything we wanted. We enjoyed the pool, hot tub, and nice sized gym. Beautiful views of the golf course and mountains.
-
bed was too soft and unless I slept on the edge I would roll to the middle. Customer Service was awful! The room was not ready upon checkin time (4 pm). We were celebrating our anniversary and usually stay at the Canyons but wanted to try this hotel since we dine every year at the Ruth Chris at this location. We requested a late check out and was denied, even though we weren't able to check in until the evening before.

Very pleasant accommodations with excellent service. Nice views, comfortable rooms, great pool and spa.

We liked the private hot tub on the patio of the room. We were able to order room service, though only option is from Ruth's Chris Steakhouse in the hotel. Good food, but expensive cheeseburgers and chicken fingers for kids. Did not realize before booking that the Private Condos are not officially part of the Hotel. Found out at check-in when we were told we do not get all the same amenities as Hotel guests. Housekeeping/Turndown service was not included and only available for an additional $100/day. Could also not use the ski valet service. We used the ski storage at the mountain for $15 per-person/per-day.

The property is beautiful. The staff is friendly. The management, however, needs to be improved. At the pool, there were very few attendants and in most cases were quite aloof. There should be more attention given to the guests who are lounging by the pool. Most importantly, there was no supervision over the children who were quite out of control. Riding their scooters around the pool and throwing objects into and across the pool which was quite upsetting to the guests. The parents were complicit in this bad behavior. The staff should have been actively present to prevent this very unsafe and disruptive behavior yet they were no where to be found or chose not to get involved.
