Great place to stay! We will definitely stay her again. The hotel is lovely! The color palette is warm and lively. The decor is very charming. Every space is very welcoming. The whole place was impeccably clean. Even the elevators were inpressive. Our room was beautiful with amazing light fixtures and a modern/rustic feel. and We appreciated the comfy beds. The rain showerhead was so soothing and wonderful. There was a beautiful outdoor area with plenty of seating for guests to sit and relax.

This is a beautiful hotel with places to sit outside and relax. We really enjoyed our stay.

The rooms were clean and charming. Bathrooms were spacious. Hot tub and pool amenities were nice. Lots of outdoor space for relaxing or playing games. Onsite restaurant was delicious and a hit with the kids too. Would definitely stay here again!!

Super cute, clean mountain town hotel. We enjoyed our stay!
-
Park City was nice The front desk said they were going to upgrade my room also giving us a mountain view. When we got to the room it was a courtyard view there was a wedding party the booked the courtyard all night very loud and disturbing. Felt like no upgrade at all
-
the room was very comfortable and they were able to give us adjoining rooms as requested. nothing

Hotel Thaynes, Park City was quite below my expectations. The only positive element was that the room was super clean. However, if you are in the swimming pool area, road noise is terrible. Then a guy showed up with a chain saw cutting branches beyond the fence of the pool, which ruined the whole afternoon. TV didn't work, which is unacceptable for a hotel that promises high expectations. I had hard time to connect to the Wi-Fi, unless you provide Marriott Bonvoy detailed information about you, and sign up as a member, you won’t connect to their Wi-Fi. This can be frustrating if you try to do a bit of work in the evening away from home. Staff didn’t explain why are there two charges on my credit card (same price), one from Expedia and one from hotel Thaynes?

great lobby to chill and have coffee in the morning!

Tv/satellite was bad reception. Bed sheets keep clinging around you.
-
The pool and outside area was nice . The restaurant was decent. There was no coffee or tea maker in the room. That was annoying. I had to actually speak to a person to get a cup. I was stranded in town waiting for the shuttle. Not supper reliable .

Location, staff, new amenities (opened December 2025) and steam room/sauna/hot tub/pools, and free shuttle N/a

Very nice and well kept, the view was beautiful and it was very close to downtown. The staff was amazing too, super helpful and friendly. The overall comfort just wasn’t there, the bed was very stiff, the pillows were the worst I’ve ever used in a hotel, the loud A/C unit in the room kept us up all night, not a pleasant experience with our personal comfort.
-
The staff and hotel were amazing. The hotel is well-appointed, and the team provided exceptional service. The challenge was with parents ignoring their children as they ran the hallways. threw life-size chess pieces and were disruptive in general. The team did a very professional job navigating difficult conversations with parents who were clueless and irresponsible.

It was a great place
-
One of the nicest hotels I’ve stayed at. The courtyard and pool are excellent. The staff was very kind and helpful.
-
This hotel is an excellent choice if you are visiting Park City, clean and comfortable rooms, nice staff and very well located!! I definitely recommend it!!
-
Loved the location and the amenities, the only thing I would change is that the rug in the elevator smells like chlorine and dead fish!!!
