This was a lovely place, our son and daughter in law got married at the near by River Bottom Ranch. There is some construction going on in the area but the front desk staff made us comfortable and honestly we were hardly in our room. The property had everything you needed on-site food, coffee shop, pool and amenities. I will be back and need to visit the spa!

Was not aware of the large construction project that is underway with daily construction noise beginning at 6:00am daily (except Sunday). Also, no self-parking at all, only Valet at $50/day

High quality, luxury hotel in a beautiful part of Utah

The handicap fell short to ADA federal guidelines even the public bathrooms one stall was out of order. Never setup handicap shower bench even calling twice to make sure ADA compliance. Curb drop off had a 8” from street level I was injured with hurt hip? Don’t know what costs of surgery will be for hip & knee replacement is going to be. Phone in room didn’t work Ada handicap grab bars were few and far between other-side of toilet. Sink Faucets were nice practical better to use different brand and get water hot and cold the hotel needs a consultant to say on the property and find all the problems of this property as it is a great venue but failed on basic amenities.

Everything was great. However I’m scoring it low because I’m so upset with the mandatory $40 per day “resort fee”. Since when are we forced to pay for services we don’t get??? I never used any “resort” amenities. We just slept there. Absurd! It should be illegal to charge for a service you don’t get. That’s stealing!

We went off season, but once it cools down, there will be skiing too! And most of all… the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful! Especially Christian! Thank you all so much! The only downside is if you’re traveling before winter of 2026, expect to see construction- but that was literally everywhere! Even on the roads. The Hyatt did a great job assigning rooms to guests on the other side of the hotel, so you barely even notice it. We REALLY appreciated that! Seriously, we could not be happier about choosing to stay there!

Nice new place on the East Side of Deer Valley. Staff was great and easy to get to the slopes. There is a ton of new construction as this side of Deer Valley is developed so u may feel a bit isolated and view of the mountains are only ok due to cranes and construction sites. But the hotel is great and the amenities outstanding.
