The residences were fantastic! We loved them it was exactly what they wanted to! Maybe give some directions for the kitchen appliances. But everything was fantastic

Clean room. New hotel. Could use more dining options.

the 2 bedroom residence was very well appointed. Overall the staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was outstanding as was room service. The gym was very good and the hot tubs were busy, but we were served drinks while we waited. This is a brand new hotel and is definitely working out the kinks. The parking is only available through the valet service which is $50.00 per night. There was always a crowd waiting for their cars so it takes a while. There is construction going on everywhere! You take a shuttle up to the gondola lift, which is fine, but not ideal. We had reserved a 2 bedroom residence with 2 king beds, but when we arrived they didn't have what we reserved available. It took an hour for them to try to sort it out and we had a baby with us. Again, not ideal. We ended up staying in a residence that had twin beds.

Beautiful property. Very nice rooms and amenities. Restaurant was lacking. Not impressed with the restaurant at all.

Service Construction around property

The property is huge and going to be beautiful but it is disorganized and although the property staff was very nice. They seemed disjointed and unready for 4 season style guests. The j termed was also down for my entire stay😐

Incredible property convenient to Park City, Midway and other small beautiful towns! We will be staying here next August as well!

Outstanding service from the moment we arrived and met the valet. The amazing service continued with the front desk (Carter was amazing). The food at the Remmington restaurant inside the hotel was great with attentive service. Room service meals and service were also top notch. The hotel was immaculate. The courtyard area and pool area were wonderful to spend time in. Text a number to the valet to retrieve your car resulted in minimal waiting for our vehicle. Our king suite was absolutely wonderful and had a great view of the lake. No complaints whatsoever. My wife, 4 year old daughter and myself cannot wait to come back!

We stayed one night about a week ago and I wasn’t impressed at all, things were broken in the room and multiple counters did not looked wiped down and they stated they upgraded our room. We stayed again on our way home and it was a night and day difference. Room service was able to communicate and left a buzzer to pick up, the room was clean and nothing was broken, staff was friendly. The only thing that could be better is valet, but many reviews state this. I’d prefer to self park so if I leave one small item in the car I can easily just grab it myself. Since it’s all valet it makes you feel rushed to unload and load your car and some of them aren’t the most helpful. Also it would be helpful if the lobby had cash to break. It was awkward asking them for their Venmo or Zelle to tip them. Might just be me, but it took a bit for them to figure it out. Other than that, this stay was a night and day difference. And they even had stuff for my dog ready this time unlike the first time.

The bathrooms had water marks on the counters as well as the kitchen, rugs had stains around the bed, one bedroom had a broken curtain with a clothes hanger attached to it. One of the faucet handles in the bathroom was broken and turned the wrong way and the toilet seat would shift and unstable. Not what I expected when staying there for a place that’s fairly new. Staff was friendly, no complaints there.

Love this place

This was one of the best hotel stay experiences I’ve had in a long time. The rooms were exceptionally clean and fairly quiet (there’s construction outside the hotel, but inside the hotel is very quiet), and the staff was amazing. The pool is great and so is are the other amenities. I will definitely come back!

The building itself was beautiful. The pool was way too small for the number of guests wanting to hang out poolside. The bed was very hard. The freeway was noisy.

Our stay at the Residences was fabulous. Beautiful accommodations.

Tried a residence while we were here. Totally worth the extra money. Super spacious with kitchen and balcony. In residence laundry and ample closet space a plus. Soaking tub in primary bathroom was very luxurious. Great for families and longer stays.
