Fidel is Awesome, very helpful, and such a warm welcome. The Cleaning staff is great, very meticulous , and friendly as well. I would highly reccomend.

Location and the room were literally excellent! So comfy and cozy and quiet and clean.

Huge CLEAN rooms (room 204, one room suite) with half bath and two livingroom areas. Beautifully decorated, large fully equipped kitchen, and well-maintained hot tub, However, there are no full length mirrors in the suite but they have two located at the bottom of the elevators. It's $25 a night for parking in the garage (mid September). The breakfast consisted of small pastries (no gluten-free options). Everything is within walking distance. I wish we could have stayed more than two nights!

Fantastic hotel with friendly staff. Super convenient being on Main Street and the gated parking was a huge plus.

Terrible refund policy. No refunds after THIRTY DAYS PRIOR TO TRAVEL. Ridiculous. They don’t accommodate pets.

The hotel was centrally located to the amenities of Park City with quick walks to all the restaurants and shops. The room was well appointed, clean and very quiet. The staff were very nice and helpful.

We were offered a free upgrade which was perfect for my children. The kids loved using the in room jacuzzis and we enjoyed the extra space. The rooms seemed to have been recently renovated so everything was very comfortable for all of us. Went for a ski vacation and there wasn’t much snow! Don’t think the hotel could have fixed this but would love to return soon when the ski season returns
