We were offered a free upgrade which was perfect for my children. The kids loved using the in room jacuzzis and we enjoyed the extra space. The rooms seemed to have been recently renovated so everything was very comfortable for all of us. Went for a ski vacation and there wasn’t much snow! Don’t think the hotel could have fixed this but would love to return soon when the ski season returns

Great location. Facilities are beautiful. Rooms are big with private hot tub. Unit last year was beautifully decorated on the inside. This unit was cold with no character. No pictures on the wall. It took over five minutes to get hot water running.

Such a great location on Main St! They are still building on so we didn’t have many amenities. With that being said, the staff was wonderful. We will definitely stay again during our next visit to Park City!

Size of room and shower in adjoining bedroom were nice. Kitchen was nice. Washer/dryer was nice. Location is great! Avoid this place (even under its new name, Albion), as it is a "boutique hotel" in price only. Staff were organized not like a good team of experienced (boutique) operators, but more like the least expensive staffers. Gym and pool facilities were under construction (which we weren't told until after paying for our reservation). Water for baths poured from the ceiling (ridiculous design), which also sprayed water all over the tile, making it slick. Towel racks were so low, the water on the floor was soaked up by the ends of the towels or the hand towels draped into the sinks. Shower in master bedroom couldn't hold a decent temperature (no matter how microscopically you adjusted the faucet). Trash was in the trees and on the grounds. Hot tub water was brown, smelled of mold, and we found beer bottle caps in the water. Front desk did not answer calls, nor did they monitor their chat window. When emailed a question ("When is checkout?"), they provided a nonsensical answer ("Your reservation is from 12:00 midnight on day 1, until 12:00 midnight on day x."). They will provide paper work detailing wifi and room amenities and recommended restaurants - but print nowhere on that paper work (or in the room) what the checkout time is (and surprise - it's earlier than standard hotels). Room was not provided with a Do Not Disturb placard, so cleaning staff kept waking us up early in the morning. Morning pastries were just cheap carbs from discount grocery store, with napkins for plates. Hallways were lit by bright lamps positioned at waist level next to room doors - meaning you were blinded every time you swiped your room key/card.
