Our stay was pleasant, but the rooms could use just a bit more TLC.

Parking was great...although a tight space. We enjoyed the hot tub, even though it wasn't the cleanest. Our place was super cute. We loved the location!

It was. the perfect location for a quiet and pretty getaway. Ivan, the front desk staff was super helpful and thorough. We ad a great time. It is a little dated and the hot tub was a bit 'used' and old, but it worked and we enjoyed the company of other visitors at the hotel as well. It was really nice and we would stay there again.

Perfect location and setting located on Main Street in Park City. Walkable to countless shops and restaurants nearby. Hotel is clean and staff is very friendly and helpful. Parking garage close to hotel. Easy check in/out and to navigate the property and surrounding areas. Condo was wonderful with balcony overlooking Main Street. Would stay again.

No response from staff....no A/C room was 83 degrees. Iron didn't work, buisness trip and needed it, leaking water, unbelievably loud all night.... do not recommend

Room was a nice size and was comfortable with some upscale feature. The carpet was heavily stained in our room which gave at leases a perception of not being clean.

The toilet would not flush, the flapper was broken and we had to manually reconnect after each use. When I sent and email and talked to the service provider in the morning they said a manager will email me. I have not received any communication 5 hours later.

Fantastic place in park city right at the top of main st everything is literally a walk down the hill. Lovely room as well as friendly and helpful staff. Would definitely stay again on my next trip here.

Room was very clean and liked having the full kitchen in the unit. Pool needed a cleaning the day we were there and garage needs more lighting but everything else was wonderful.

We enjoyed the location of the property and the bed was very comfortable It was very musty and needed a refresh. We were on a ground floor which required 2 flights to go up and down from to the parking area. We were chased one evening by a couple that had been drinking too much, trying to gain access inside of the building. There was no staff on hand and there was just an after hours call service. Thankfully we were faster than they were and they didn’t make it in (at least not because of us). The bathroom was dated and shower floor not sloped properly to allow proper drainage. Curtains were dirty and blinds were broken. The room was also very crowded and privacy was minimal if anyone was walking between buildings or at the pool.

Great location, good amount of parking, hot tub was right outside of our room which was nice. The bed was very squeaky, the room was warmer than we would’ve liked, (probably a good thing when it’s not shoulder season).
