The hotel is ski in, ski out the rooms are very comfortable, the only thing is the kitchen did not clean the fruit at the buffet in the mornings, so it make me doubt about the high standard they have, the hotel was not very clean either.

Unbeatable location and comfort. Felt pumped with ski extremely attentive ski concierge service.
-
Great location with access to the ski slopes Inexperienced seasonal staff
-
Fireplace, spa and access to skiing. Expensive room, food and drinks.

The hotel service was exceptional, the ski concierge unpacked and packed our ski tube for us, they helped you put your boots on/off, so the hotel room never felt like a ski room except for the fireplace :-). Water was provided everywhere. All the staff were welcoming, friendly, willing to do anything for you and well-trained. The lodge was beautiful and nestled in the mountain. The breakfast buffet was good, but very expensive. The coffee snack shop was ok, but not the best as the croissant sandwich was barely warm and average and the coffee from La Colombe not piping hot. Perhaps some more healthy options, especially for ski packs.

The workout facility was great. The rooms was big and nice. There was no place to get a snack, drink or a grab and go except for the restaurant or as they suggested, room service.

the pool and jacuzzi area were awesome and amazing! I thought I booked a room with a balcony. but when they took me to the room, it was a very tiny room with no balcony. The room was always hot and we had the maintenance guy come twice. He did what he could do, but the room was still uncomfortable and unpleasant. For $800 a night I expected so much more.

The buffet breakfast was amazing - everything you could hope for with omelettes made in front of you to order. Amazing staff who remembered just how we like our coffees and hot chocolates - it's the little things. Skis and passes available on site with ski in, ski out access. As we were right at the end of the season, some of the hotel restaurants weren't open. We would have liked to try the sushi!

the food was generally good to great. 1. dirty towels upon initial entry to room 2. cleaning supplies left in room 3. staff seemed indifferent to us and pleasing guests in general 4. our room door lock broke and it took 3 visits to the front desk, a call to guest services and step visits from engineering to solve the problem (anger for over an hour on our part) 5. the “restaurants” were more like function rooms. e.g., the high-end sushi restaurant is a hallway with shoji screens on the end and curtains between it and the bar area. 6. room service was pitiful - my turkey burger showed up lukewarm and with no accompaniments (under the metal lid was just the burger on a giant plate - nothing on the side at all) and they forgot part of the order; they did bring the rest back within 10 minutes). pizza was cold.

The hotel room was spacious with wonderful amenities including a terrace, fireplace and amazing bathroom. Our terrace was not private, it was a shared space so we could not leave terrace door open at night, for some fresh cool air.

Room service Not enough restaurants or places to eat. Had to wait to get a table most days for lunch. Every-time we called for ice/ glasses / cups it never came , the first day we called 6 times and each time were told it was on its way. $10 000 stay and had to deal with that all 4 days .

The view and hotel is absolutely gorgeous. Food wasn't all that great.
