After raising the complaint to the staff, they assigned is a new room right away, which had no issues at all. Overall satisfied, but they should do some deeper room cleanings more often.

The staff was friendly. The facility was quiet and convenient.

The room was a nice size

Front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was spotless and the complementary breakfast was actually very good. I’ve been on the road for nine days and this is the best hotel so. That said it was almost twice as expensive as some of the other motels I’ve been at.

Only complaint from my husband was that the room had a slightly weird smell when we first arrived.

Loved that! Staff was very friendly!! Breakfast was very good and varied daily. The one issue was the mattress! When we got into bed it was like falling into a hole! Couldn’t roll over and REALLY hard to get out of bed! After 3 nights of that I was glad we were not staying longer. If we need to stay in the area again I would choose this hotel again but instead of a king bed maybe a room with 2 double beds would be better.

The property was great; clean and neat. The breakfast area was very nice with anything I wanted. There was a refrigerator in the room inside a box type cabinet that was open at the front. So the cabinet box acted as an amplified speaker for the refrigerator motor which ran constantly until I got up in the middle of the night to investigate and found that it was set on the highest setting. Once I realized I could turn it completely off, I did so and the refrigerator noise was no more. However, there was another constant noise coming from a vent near the ceiling in the bathroom which was also a bit loud. I had to completely close the door to the bathroom to minimize that noise although I could still hear it through the wall. I am a light sleeper and the extra noises were distracting.

Perfect place to stay with our large family for my son’s wedding! Loved gathering in the breakfast area anytime during to visit. Plenty of room. Lastly the breakfast every morning was fantastic! Eggs sausage waffles cereal coffee grits biscuits oatmeal… perfect!

Staff giving me cough drops when I needed them so much!!! Beds are not very comfortable. Very doable but not the best
