Not much. The owner was overbearing. I sat in the door to my room with the door open. He told me to close the door. I said I wanted some fresh air. He said you should've told me I would've gotten some air freshener. I think he should've cleaned the walls and installed working lightbulbs before I arrived. I didn't tell them what he should do. I think it's OK for me to sit in the doorway with a vent fan on so that the place doesn't smell funky. He does not, that is why it smells funky, because it is never allowed to air out. The owners will always be looking your shoulder, and telling you what to do. They evidently don't understand that you have rented the room for the day. All they understand is that it is theirs. The next day I was at Motel 6 in Bay St. Louis, and had an exceptional stay for the same price. I recommend that you make the trip to Motel 6 instead of suffering with this grouch of an owner.
