I left something and I called and spoke to someone and she told me that she was putting a note in the system for house keeping. When my sister went to get the item I left behind, it was nowhere to be found. This is the second time I have forgotten something and it not be there. Either someone is keeping the things that people accidentally leave or throwing them away.

Room was astonishing and smaller clean. Staff was helpful whenever you needed anything.

Breakfast was okay, waitresses were nice There was a reunion being held at the hotel and there was no place to park when we arrived. The check in lady pushed an employee contest more than giving us hotel info and she forgot to give me my breakfast coupons that I paid extra for

Staff was great and helped me get signed up for Hilton rewards property was clean and we enjoyed the breakfast. Will definitely stay again

Regina at the front desk was awesome. The bathrooms were a bit dated. My television did not work so they reassigned us another room.

We asked that to be done but wasn't. We were gone till late and couldn't take shower or drink coffee in our room. Plus the bed are hard

Patricia kicked off our stay by being so friendly and accommodating.

Walking in overall it looked like a clean room. But once I started using the shower, towels had hair on them. Getting into bed I had to use a sleeping bag to sleep over it because there was hair on the bed. Please do a better job at making sure the towels and bedding don't show previously used guests.

Hotel property was good. Two areas for improvement in my opinion. Front desk staff member was unfriendly and unnecessarily dismissive. Note that trains may pass through at 2 and 3 am honking the heck out of their horns.

Quiet. Needed to extend my stay by 1 night and the staff accommodated me with zero issues. The bed was a little too stiff for our liking. Other than that, nothing.
