Super 8 by Wyndham Pascagoula

Even though I had a bad experience with studio six Wyndham hotel accommodated me and helped me and understood my situation and made My stay there a great experience. They are highly recommended.

Front desk lady couldn't stop cussing. Room smelled like smoke and noise all night.

Clean and quiet room for the money.

I stay one night as a couples trip had no towels in the bathroom and when I arrived the front desk, staff is very rude. The man that’s over the hotels a little rude to me and the lady at the front desk when I checked out the very next morning was very rude to me and thought it was funny. When I asked for a receipt she claimed that Computer was down, which means she didn’t want to do her job. The room was clean.

I called and ask since i was getting in town early if checking in was possible early , the lady said that i could check in early, i got to the motel around 12 noon , doors were locked ,, i called about 15 mins later someone that was i assume was staying there came out and i walked in ! Stood there and a little bit later , found later ,a lady walked up and looked at me and said how in the H#ll did you get in here , i told her ,she said what you need !? I told her what i was told when i called ,she said well your room is not ready ,this went on until about 3:15 ? ( just Guuessi g) i got checked in , i think the price was inflated from what i was told , then i was surprised about a 100 dollar deposit on the room , the room we were put in didnt have a smoke alarm ,the air was not good ,the hall was cluttered up with ac units ,,the lobby had machines in the floor, my room was across from the exit and stairs , these doors were not locked all night ,,so dangerous people could come in without a key ,, the lady at the desk was ok but no professionalism at all , the breakfast was a joke if you could call it breakfast ,, a pack of honey buns from dollar gen ,a waffle maker and coffee pot ,when i ask before i reserved the room i was sure i was told that it was a full breakfast ,.*a great way to loose business , a guy that run the desk at nite kept a set of head phone on and could not hear ,,and best i could tell he left the front door open all nite ,,Security was a joke ,full refund?

I have no complaints! It was a wonderful stay.

The flooring was coming up, the floor by the shower was rotted, the halls smelled. I was not impressed

Overall fine stay, room was recently updated minus the “kitchen” area. Bed was comfortable. The guy on check in could have been a little friendlier.

The room smelled and the bathroom was not clean

The toilets needed cleaned all around even at the bottom, pee stains visible at the bottom, the satellite connection was horrible and the WiFi I had to keep connecting in order to use my phone. The breakfast could have more to offer and the seating is very limited to only 3 tables.

The room was clean and they brought us clean towels everyday. We were very disappointed about the TV. After touring the area during the day...all we wanted to do is curl up and watch some TV. Less than every 20 seconds tge tv paused and said searching. Staff reported that it had been that way for months. So if you plan on watching any TV your not going to enjoy it at all
