I called the property twice to let them know that I was arriving after 3 PM as I was driving from Texas to Mississippi and I was letting them know that I will be checking in after 3 PM and they told me that’s OK. They failed to let me know that I had to be at the property before 8 PM in order to check in when I called customer service. I press one for reservation and press two to speak with the front desk. I was not able to speak with the front desk so I was only able to speak with the reservation line and they cannot help me any further. They were not able to contact the property manager to allow me to check in so I can get rest so I had to pay an additional $400 at another. to speak with the reservation line and they cannot help me any further. I really liked the value and overall it was a good stay. I was a little uncomfortable, as a single woman, being put in a room on the 2nd floor in the back building (406), although the lighting was great! In fairness, I didn't ask to be moved and I have confidence that Fancy would have accommodated me. He was SO NICE!! I only felt a little apprehensive coming back at night on a couple of occasions when there were people around drinking at the picnic tables (late and early am) but they didn't do anything inappropriate. The room was clean. The entryways and stairwells could have been a little cleaner but it was also really hot outside. :)I loved the closeness to my friends and any amenity I could want. Thanks for a great stay! See above

We were close th where my family lived There was dog hair in one of the beds tooth paste splatter on the wall m Old on the wall in shower and kitchen cabinets had taken a beating.there was no shampoo in our room at all

The office area kinda smelled like weed. The room was also supposed to be a non-smoking room, but it definitely had a smell as if it was smoked in. But for $100 a night, I guess I can't complain.

Wouldn't answer the phone for late check in for 2 solid days, so we had to crash at a friend's house. Unbelievable
