Clean rooms and facilities EV charger was out of order, showers were very low pressure

Super comfortable and large bed Small bathroom and shower and an AC that was very loud and didn’t work very well.

Clean, good location, has everything needed in the room (no toiletries though), super clean and nice pool. The AC was so loud it was hard to sleep. The bed sheets are really hot to sleep on, it felt like it traps heat.

Staff so nice and helpful. Nice clean room and comfy bed, pool felt GREAT! Ice machine was broken, but staff apologized and was very nice about it.

I like the location and that was it. Arrived and waited 7 minutes for someone to come out to the office. He was rude and rushing me for no reason. The comforters were dirty like someone peed on them, and when I asked to get new bedding, I was told that they would charge me for additional bedding. The ac was high up on the wall and I was so hot and sweaty the entire time because the AC barely worked and only blew on the ceiling. Overall very unhappy with how much I paid and the crappy quality of the hotel. Highly unprofessional.

As soon as I checked in, the owner at the front desk was incredibly rude and hardly spoke a word to me except to take my payment and gave me odd looks. The rooms do not have a bolt door lock on the inside or a “do not disturb” sign, which made me feel uneasy as a single female traveler. I also received a knock on my door at 1 AM, which was odd and have heard of other travelers here having a problem with the owner barging in at random times (I barricaded the door for my own peace of mind). The room was dirty, with stains on carpet, furniture, and walls. I also found a clump of hair in the shower curtains and the conditioner refill was empty. The walls are paper thin and I must have woken up to coughing and wake up alarms from other rooms countless times during the night. Upon check out, the owners wife accused me of stealing my own tower fan that I brought with me since I heard from reviews that the AC on property is noisy. She had to call her husband over to confirm that this isn’t a piece of furniture from the unit…really? Don’t waste your time and money here.

Nice economy hotel. Comfortable bed and the room itself was clean There was mold in the shower and the underside of the comforter was torn and had a significant hole in it so if these housekeeping items are fixed, I would rate it higher. I’ve stayed there in the past and did not expothese things. Housekeeping

Parking right out the unit front door. Convenient location. No hot water early in the morning. Paso Robles is a wonderful town. Great shops.
