Great location, with easy access to everything in Paso Robles. Great breakfast and friendly staff. The room was clean, I think , but sticky floors in the bathroom. Everything else was fine.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Room was very nice. Bathrobes in the bathroom were nice and comfy. I really have nothing bad to say about this hotel.
-
Staff were very courteous. Area seems to not be so great with many transients around. Bathroom does not have great ventilation causing the wallpaper to peel due to the shower. Breakfast was wonderful.

Want to rinse your mouth out after brushing your teeth, good luck! Want a glass of wine? Drink straight from the bottle, or steal your coffee cup... The next morning, I did see some paper cups up near the front desk, but it was a little too late.

The property was clean and comfortable. The location was quiet and very convenient.

Excellent staff, very courteous and professional, great property.

The room was very clean and the staff are always very welcoming. Breakfast was very good. The cook didn’t seem in a good mood but other then that the stay was very pleasant

Loved the free EV charging!

We had a one night stay and it was very comfortable. Nice clean room and very spacious. The buffet breakfast was a very welcoming amenity. Great location, and plenty of parking.
-
The staff was friendly and helpful. The location was terrible! In an industrial area with homeless people lurking around.
-
Excellent hotel! Clean, comfortable, and peaceful. The staff was very friendly, and the service was outstanding. I highly recommend staying here!”

The bed was really lumpy. Never experienced that before. Sheets nice quality. If you like giant almost round hard pillows, you’re in luck. Otherwise bring your own pillow.Bathroom was lovely and had wonderful amenities. Bathrobes were included, which was a nice touch. Breakfast did not have bacon. Apparently they only have that on the weekends, which is just ridiculous. I had a coffee and they had a wonderful variety of different milks like oat or almond. Otherwise, they only had chemical creamers. So scrambled eggs, a banana and a cup of coffee for my breakfast. The staff was great. Check-in was easy and met with a very pleasant young woman. We did let them know in the morning and they did gift us with two bottles of wine. Well, neither of us drink we were able to gift them to our next stop on this road trip.

There are just some key items that if I pay over $200 a night, I expect more from the hotel. The shower soap was tough to use. They are installed pumps that only pump out about a dime amount of product. The body wash was actually hand soap and was extremely drying. Also the shower head sprayed water everywhere in the bathroom. Only a few tv channels were available. The towels were super rough. The exercise room only had hand sanitizer. There should be sanitized wipes available for the machines and equipment. Overall not the worst experience, but I would not pay more than 120 to stay here

Rooms were very clean and staff were excellent!

Our room was adequate, clean and excellent maid service. Breakfast was ample and there was a pretty good selection of hot and cold dishes. Service was good in the dining room. The food for breakfast was not hot enough. I know they're serving a lot of people but they need to heat the serving trays so the food doesn't go cold as you're eating. We had a problem the first morning with no hot water in the sink. I went to the front desk and they wanted to switch our room. We didn't do it and surprisingly the next day we had increased or better hot water supply. My wife will tell you the lighting in most hotel bathrooms is not good and this hotel is no exception. A wall mount round/lighted magnifying (30x power light) would please my wife very much!

This is an older hotel, but it is maintained well and is very clean. Noise isolation was good between rooms. Bed was comfortable, though pillows were too thick. Included Breakfast was a typical warm buffet and had a good taste. We didn’t get to try any of the other amenities. Surrounding area was mostly commercial, but that was fine for us.

The towels were scratchy and smelled like bleach (which at least means those were clean). The included breakfast was adequate, but the busier of our two mornings, food ran out quickly and there was a long line of folks waiting for hot food.
