We were upgraded to a bigger room but had a view of the building next door and the soaking tub didn't work. The garden area was great. The staff was very helpful.

Had an amazing time

Nice location

The room was really nice but overpriced. I understand that happens during graduation season.

The location is great and the hotel is very nice. Staff was great too. Would go back for sure.

the $40 destination was a shock. Found out at check in, just there for 1 night and did not use any but still had to pay. Also the $20. parking was a joke for a hotel that charges this much.

This hotel is beautiful and super clean. Cleanest of all the 3-4 star hotels we stayed at during our road trip. Stayed in the 1889 house and loved how quiet and peaceful it was to sit on the balcony. The room was huge and the bathroom was spectacular. The patio was lovely for our morning coffee, and the fireplace made the evening feel super cozy. Didn't have a chance to use the amenities or the bicycle rentals, but definitely plan on returning to this hotel again in the future.

The hotel was great! Very walkable central location. Staff in the Cattleman Bar were wonderful and the food was excellent!

Bar, pool and staff!

Paso Robles Inn very clean and everything in good condition. The room was a little small, no space on the vanity. Nice big shower. Comfortable bed. The Paso Robles Steakhouse less enjoyable. Waited 75 minutes to get our food. Ribeye was tough and very fatty. Staff was very pleasant.

Overall we loved the property, room and staff!

We had a wonderful stay at Paso Robles Inn. The room was lovely, very clean, and comfortable, which made for a relaxing visit. The staff was friendly and welcoming throughout our stay, providing excellent service. The location is fantastic — conveniently situated right in the heart of town and within walking distance to everything. Having a restaurant and bar on site was an added bonus and made the overall experience even more enjoyable. We would definitely stay here again!

If you're considering this hotel, just go ahead and book it. It's located directly adjacent to the downtown Paso Robles square, the property is beautiful, and the amenities, sundries, and design details are all expertly curated. The towels are normal size! not the smaller usual hotel size. The beds are comfortable and don't make you over heat (no foam, just comfy feather top). The pillows don't collapse when you use them. They do get flat overnight, but they still support. I'll stay here whenever I go to Paso Robles.

We did not like how many added fees there were that were not included in the rate online. $20 per night to park; $40 fee per day that covered access to a gym off site, internet and a free water bottle in the room that turned out to cost $4 at checkout. And. . . our internet never worked despite a wonderful guy named Michael who came and spent about an hour in our room with an IT guy on the phone trying to get it to work on 3 different phones. I understand that things happen sometimes, however when I mentioned it to the front desk person while checking out we were not offered anything for our trouble. so 2 of the 3 benefits of the daily fee weren't accurate or did not work and they did not offer to waive the fee. That is poor customer service. Shout out to the maintenance guys working in the hot sun on the grounds who were also happy to provide directions to the ice machine! And to Michael for his efforts with the internet issues.

The location was nice as well as the cart that can take you around town.

We stayed in one of the rooms in the 1889 House and the felt it achieved a feeling of luxury without feeling pretentious. Everything was clean and comfortable. My only complaint would be the lack of decent creamer for coffee in the morning. I ended up going across the street to a coffee shop since I don't enjoy powdered creamer.

Excellent 4 day stay in early June at a wonderfully maintained and keenly gardened surroundings with delightful pool with cabanas and lounge chairs. Rooms were comfortable and staff welcoming. I enjoyed the quiet property during the day and fire pit at night. 10 thumbs up for a great experience.!

The hotel and our room (garden balcony) were beautifully decorated and we loved the koi fish and fire pit. However, this hotel is more about looks than function. Be aware that (beyond the balcony, and it has no electrical socket and it was 90°) there is no work surface to be had. If you plan to use your laptop, you will have to find a coffee shop or prop yourself up on the bed. We were unlucky to find that our mattress had a hump down the middle and we rolled outwards. Maintenance rotated the mattress for me, but didn’t replace it. On the second night the shower drain started clogging, so that was fun, too. Further, be aware of the $45/day “resort fee.” They will charge you this fee at the end of your stay, so it may surprise some people. It is an attractive place and well located, but there are too many negatives for a repeat stay.
