The Ava Hotel Paso Robles, Curio Collection By Hilton

The room was a unique floor plan and we loved it. The 2nd floor outdoor bar was so fun and the food and drinks were excellent! We booked this hotel last minute but if we return to Paso Robles this is definitely where we will stay but get a balcony room on the second floor. Great location to walk to restaurants.

The property is beautiful and the staff welcoming and knowledgeable. However, I had to leave a couple of nights early. I notified the front desk the morning of my departure so they knew my room would be available. Unfortunately, the hotel refused to refund, partially refund or give me a credit towards a future stay for my 2 unused nights. Very disappointing.

This was the first place we booked for the night that we were in Paso Robles. Our kids wanted us to find a place that has a pool so they could enjoy that before we headed it further down south. Once we arrived at this beautiful hotel, we were informed that their pool is not open (the app and the reservations never mentioned that). We ended up deciding to not stay and find a different place in Paso which had a wonderful pool. Other than that, it was a wonderful hotel and we would love to come back and stay there when their pool is functional.

Location Charge for parking. And they didn't understand I already paid booking.com full price and they charged me again to get a room so now I have e to contest booking.com for refund d and or Hilton, I had to pay double for the room.

The hotel is beautiful and in a great location to walk to restaurants and coffee shops around the town square. The beds were very comfortable. Most staff were very helpful. The evening maintenance man Andre went above and beyond to try to get the outdoor fire pit working and then got a heat lamp running instead when the fire pit didn't come on. The check in person however was on.the phone for at least 10 minutes while several.people were waiting in line to check in without even acknowledging those waiting until finally someone got someone else to come check us all in.

They took my phone number but I had to call them Finally was able to get in after 5 PM No Waters in the room No slippers No robes No Q-tips Difficult time with the plug on the tub Phone did not have menu to order room service Coffee shop did not have nonfat milk or even low-fat

This place is amazing, only downside was food at rooftop was pretty awful. But hotel was great, coffee shop downstairs awesome, greek restaurant 10/10.

Also, we were really looking forward to the bar at the pool but it was closed for a private event the first day. Would have been good to know.

clean nice design great location. Room did not have any complimentary shower cap, make up cotton Etc. No makeup mirror. Not enough umbrellas or lounges chairs around the pool.

Loved this gorgeous, well-appointed property and have already booked a return visit for our anniversary. Great restaurant on the ground floor as well and we plan to try the one on the upper floor next time!

The property was very well maintained. Loved the decor. And the staff was friendly and helpful. Very well located The view from our room was not the best. They should not charge for parking
