Everything was in place nice and clean staff was good to work with or no problem we had a little bump in the rule but it was straightened out just like that and we'll be back again Not really not that I didn't like I mean it was okay

The grounds and view from the condo are absolutely beautiful. The lake provided not only numerous bird activity, but we saw an otter and an alligator too. Having coffee outside while watching nature was the best! Very minor. Perhaps higher wattage bulbs in lamps to accommodate doing paperwork.

it was nice third floor, dirty carpet,

peace and quite it was nice just wish I would have stayed onsite like normal where the kids can have access to the pool without me driving down but I love the whole resort

quiet and clean it was awful having to pickup and return keys at a different location. very far away. need a car to get around. we were on vacation and used Uber and had to pay $50 worth of Uber just to pick up and deliver “hotel” keys. will not return

The security, beach, sitting area. Our condo was very nice and clean. Needs some maintenance as areas are aging. Dryer did not work so we had to hang wet clothes all over to dry. Beautiful resort.

N/A Could not get TV access in living room. Called front desk and they said somebody would stop by and help......waited over an hour nobody showed....gave up and did not have any TV !!

Being able to use all the pools

I love the view and the the houses. The staff was so friendly and made us feel like we was home away from home. I really can't say anything bad about it

Everything Nothing

The location is beautiful but the Villa was dirty. Curtains filthy. Back porch filthy and unusable. Kitchen and bathroom floor dirty. Toilet leaked water on the floor in the master bedroom. A clean and up too date villa.

The room was nice . Pet hair was everywhere and there was a owner in 61C that keeps putting notes on my car door and he was very creepy.

I booked on your site only to get there for them to tell me that Booking.com booked me over top of someone else and that they had to put me at a different location. Supposedly Booking.com does this quite a bit. Thankfully the ladies at Litchfield resort accommodated us with a cottage to make up for Booking.com error!!!!! Disappointed

The rooms were clean, and accommodating. The staff weren’t as efficient as they should have been, we asked for an early check in via booking and never got a response. We attempted again by phone and was told check in would be at 3. And possibly earlier. We arrived at about 1pm to attempt checkin and could jot which was fine however the room wasn’t available until after 5:30pm. I had to continuously remind the staff that I was waiting and had been waiting. (When we got our room assignments the were in two different buildings (not close to one another at all which was also a big inconvenience to our stay) the reason we booked together was to be together. They stated that was all they had and could do nothing about it. The room it self was fine a few broken things which I tried to contact to front desk about but got no answer 4x so I just gave up. However it was peaceful and quiet.

Comfortable villa. Great golf. Excellent restaurant. Friendly employees all around. Checking in at Litchfield was awful. Endless line.
