Hilton Garden Inn Houston-Pearland

I like the staff that cleaned our rooms. They were very friendly and always smiling, which made me smile. I like the clean rooms, The restaurant meals were delicious. Hats off to the chef!

The cleanest and the exceptional staff. Our phone didn't work in our room and the air conditioner made loud noises off and on

Free water bottles in room for no charge Temperature of room was freezing even after switching it over to heat. Shower water pressure was awful. Took about 5 minutes standing in the lobby until someone came to desk to check me in.

Nice spacious room and bathroom. Right off the main road so you don’t have to go searching around. There’s a ton of shops and restaurants nearby so no shortage of food or activities. Very clean. Good air conditioning. Small pool, but clean. The hot tub was more of a “warm” tub, but considering it’s 100 degrees, that was ok. Keurig and refrigerator in the room. Lots of outlets. I would definitely stay here again.

A/C was extremely loud and not efficient. Couldn't sleep well because of the loud A/C I'm sure it was broken Check in wasn't easy. Even though I pre paid through expedia they were telling me my card didn't go through and it took them a while to verify i did pay in advance. Obviously top of all that, our last night, Saturday night, there was loud music all night long until 5 am not sure if that was coming from a room or it was a party at the hotel but, the combination of the loud A/C and the music was a nightmare I need a full refund of my stay. The reason we stayed at the hotel is because we were participating in a competition down the road, and we couldn't rest properly because of all this

Beds were comfortable. The smell of the room was so incredibly intense, flowery and suffocating, that both of us were woken up a few times at nighttime because of it. Would not recommend this hotel nor would I return in the future

The breakfast was good but more choices for dinner would have been better. The staff were great!

Unfortunately, the breakfast buffet was not very good. It was bland and I asked for chicken or turkey sausage and I was given cold sausage on a plate that looked the same as the pork sausage in the buffet, The other breakfast items were not very tasty either. The breakfast buffet was not good. I have traveled all over the world and tasty buffet is always needed. Especially when you are paying $15.00 a person. One more thing when we walked down the 4th floor hallway to our rooms there was a overpowering smell of bleach in the hallway both day we were there. A pleasant smelling room deodorizer would have been so much more pleasing.
