Sleep Inn And Suites Pearland - Houston South

The room was clean with no bugs which is always the first thing I need. Breakfast options were good and staff was friendly. Minor issues here and there, for e.g. switching to shower still left some flow to bottom tap reducing the pressure. For a halt at night - definitely a decent place to stay.

One of the better Sleep Inns I've stayed to. Close to everything and room was very spacious.

Convienetly located, clean, comfortable and...

Exceptional

I keep coming back here coz I like the privacy and peaceful atmosphere. Fast check in and out. Sometimes door cards are not working.

Everything was fine

We’ve stayed at this location a few times when we’re in town to visit relatives. Great area, close to shopping and restaurants, always clean, quiet and friendly. Always a good time.

No

Trinity front desk lady made sure I was out of the property at 11:01. I mentioned my ride was an hour away if I may wait in the lobby or by the pool she said no to wait outside . There are no seats outside to wait . I stayed for two nights no problem and wasn’t able to wait in the lobby for my ride . Rudely kicking me out once I asked if I can have her last name . Saying “no you can’t get my last name now get out “ this has never happened to me before and maybe she had a bad morning but as a paying customer I should not have to experience her bad energy, attitude and service. The lobby was completely empty no one else to service but me and she was unable to do correctly . First time in Texas and it’s unfortunate the ending i had to experience with trinity .
