Ms Veronica was very professional, she cares about the customers feelings and concerns she greets the customers with a friendly smile and ask how’s their hotel stay going and if they need anything

Everything was great for our 3 night stay but the beds were not comfortable at all and the AC couldn’t keep up with the heat outside. Breakfast was great and staff were friendly.

I liked the location of the hotel. I didn't like the bathroom water faucet was loose and water spilled on the toilet and floor. I think they should pay more attention on mantaining the building to avoid water damage building, Black Mold. Mold Toxicity, Mycotoxins are very dangerous and harmful to the human body.

Room smells bad

The rooms were spacious and comfortable, with plenty of room to spread out. The complimentary breakfast was good — a nice perk that added real value to the stay. The property is showing its age and general maintenance is lacking. The carpets were old and worn, and the rooms looked tired and unattractive overall. A refresh and better upkeep would make a big difference.

Don’t change a thing. Place was great

One ice machine, at far end of building, not centrally located. AC in room worked poorly, toilet made a very loud noise when flushing.

Breakfast did not have good choices. Example: No juices.

Everything was clean, and the staff was very friendly. The only comment would be to have more instructions on the use of the TV and having the right remote for it.

Room size was great It's a certain smell when entering the room. It's like a sterile smell like you're walking into a hospital or somewhere which wasn't too pleasant.

Close to the stadium and useful places Dreadful wi-fi, very poor. Gym and pool need some attention

Great news place to stay. Rooms were great, smelled good, staff was excellent. Only thing we disliked was the maximum of 5 pillows to a room. Would stay there again and recommend it to anyone.
