This was more of an Expedia issue than a Marriott issue. But we booked a 2-bed with pull-out, only to find out they had nothing like that available. But the property itself was in rough shape for a Marriott and at that price point. Air conditioning was out in much of the hotel. Only one elevator was working. The gym was a disgusting mess. And the rooms were old, outdated, and fairly dirty.

Good location outside Birmingham but right on I-65. Very close to Hoover with all its restaurants, bars and shopping. Staff was incredibly nice; room and bathroom were super clean. They offer a pretty decent breakfast. Will stay again!

Everything was a 10/10 and Ramona & Stan were the sweetest!! I will definitely only book there whenever i’m in Pelham

I made my reservation last minute and was unaware of a baseball tournament in the area and the hotel was booked, but the kind lady at the front desk was able to find me a room. Room was spacious, quiet and clean, which made for a restful stay.

I booked a room through Expedia. When i got to the Hotel they told me my room was not avaliable. When i told them i would just have to cancel due to them not having a room big enough to accomodate my family the hotel told me i would have to be charged a cancellation fee that cost almost as much as the room did for one night. After asking how that was fair to me due to it being their issue and not mine They said they would go ahead and cancel and not charge me. As of now they have still charged me and not issued a refund.

Hotel was conveniently located right off Interstate. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Room was super cold when we got there. (Which we love) Breakfast was standard fair of eggs, sausage, cereal, waffles, etc. Beds slept well, pillows could have been better so guess. Overall good hotel for price point.

The hotel experience was good.We loved the indoor pool and the staff. Please upgrade the rooms with USB ports for charging. Also, make sure maintenance is done on the equipment in the gym.

Great experience! Staff was welcoming. Rooms were comfortable with HOT showers. Breakfast was good, but could be better.

Great property. I was there for a full week for the SEC Baseball Tournament. Very clean, comfortable, friendly staff. Devin checked me in and gave me advice on restaurants. Good Mexican restaurant in front of hotel, Mediterranean across the street. Hotel breakfast was outstanding. Multiple choices that changed daily, and very good.
