House keeping

Overall it was great!

Nice and clean property, flexible and amenable staff. Convenient location to local activities, pool was great. Will stay there again

It was the same every day No bell boy was available to assist the Elderly couples

The room was nice and breakfast was decent. Hallway on the 5th floor had a very musty smell that was unbearable. Luckily only needed room for one night.

Room was impeccable. Staff were welcoming. Slight issue was in the shower. drain cap wouldn’t stay put. We had to place a plastic bottle cap in order for water to drain while showering. I Ran a little over 11am to check out and staff did not rush us out at all. Overall will consider staying again on my next trip to Broward :)

The first room we were put in smelt like pure weed and someone like threw cologne all over the room and broke the fire alarm. So we went down stairs switched room and then there was ppl having sex in the pool which we were told by staff. In our new room the air condition was horrible and kept making this loud noise but we were too tired to switch rooms again. I will not be staying here again

I found the dirty rag no the nightstand,with som disgusting stuff on it.

Been staying here every time I come down in business and staff is always excellent

Very well kept hotel and helps a ton when you arrive late from a flight and you have a clean space to sleep

That night, I was not able to sleep because around 5:00 a.m. it seemed like they were repairing something, and the noise they were making kept me from sleeping. I understand that maintenance needed to be done, but it was being done at an inappropriate hour.

Breakfast was ok, staff again not attentive to the food area.

Staff was helpful and attentive, clean environment. Breakfast was satisfying.

Staff at front desk was helpful and very friendly to deal with. The room smelt musky and one pillow smelt different to the other pillow beneath it. Meaning I am most certain the pillow cases were not changed prior to giving me the room. I usually stay in the one at pembrook pines. The rooms and facility is always well kept there at the pembrook pines location.

Everything was great the only bad thing I never got my insurance back from the room i call. Still nothing. Wating on still wating bad business.

Clean room, great staff!! Only issue was the air conditioner was so loud it made it hard to sleep peacefully
