The room felt outdated. It had an old damp smell when entering the room. The bathtub faucet was difficult to manage. The price was right and the check in staff was very helpful and kind!

The decor is ancient, I’m guessing mid 70’s. The property has lots of things that are broken, missing tiles, broken fountain, restaurant that is closed because it is unsafe for human occupancy. But you can’t beat the price and the staff is super nice. I think the owners just quit putting money into the place. The golf course was fun, it wasn’t the best place I’ve ever played but, again, the price is outstandingly cheap. I would stay there again and play there again. They that hard!

I had a wonderful stay at Grand Palms Spa & Golf Resort. The staff was friendly, professional specially Mrs Patricia, and always willing to help. My room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The resort had a relaxing atmosphere, and I really enjoyed the beautiful golf course and spa facilities. The location was convenient, and everything I needed was close by. Overall, I had a great experience and would definitely recommend this resort to anyone looking for a peaceful and enjoyable getaway.

The cleaning staff did not clean our room 2/3 days we were there. Also when did they did clean our room they did not restock our shampoo, conditioner, or soap. Alongside this the free breakfast was barely a breakfast. It was poorly out togther in a small room with barely any options. The stay was okay but we expected better.

Premises need a big improvement flooring,roofing,paint,community areas,only one fountain works,pools with blurry water and the room had and concentrated cigarette smoke we bought a febrezze to control the smell to be honest the bed was pretty comfy.

If you had a choice between sleeping in your car or getting a room here, sleep in your car. 1. Roaches 2. Initially no refrigerator or microwave. 3. Breakfast-The same woman was making the breakfast and cleaning the rooms at the same time. 4. Mattress-Huge lump on one side of mattress. 5. Internet WiFi issues. 6. TV had to be replaced.
