Hotel Inn Pendleton I-84

Parking was not great. Several homeless people in the area.

Breakfast was not great. Continental-ish. 2 types of cereal, apples and bananas, bagels, juice and coffee. Rooms were good.

It was fine. Comparable to a motel 6. If you come in at night you have to ring a bell to get in and wait for them to unlock the door. The room is what you'd expect, nothing fancy. Has a TV with cable. They have a few snacks to purchase in the lobby like ramen etc. It's fine for a layover but i wouldn't stay here over an extended period.

For the price it was a good place to stay. The Pendleton area doesn't offer many, if any upscale hotels so we chose this lower priced one and was surprised that it was clean and everything was in good working order. The bed was not comfortable, but it was only a one night stay.

Location Bed wasn't comfortable, I found two dead flies behind the bathroom door. Plus there was a live fly flying around when I arrived, the breakfast wasn't all that great. Coffee was very weak, look like water. I'm sorry but I will not be staying at this place again

The room was fine. The location is a little sketchy but it was fine.

Very friendly and helpful, even with Round Up ending, making room for wayward traveler's!

When we checked in on Wednesday 16th, we were told Expedia canceled our 4 nights and they did not have any rooms. I called Expedia was sent an updated conformation and our 4 nights had not been canceled. Then the staff member said that the owner must have canceled our room because the rate was too low. No one ever contacted us or told us there was a problem. You just left us stranded 8-hour drive from home with no place to stay. The lady at the desk found us 1 room for 1 night for $337. what a ripoff. Talk about price gouging, I will file a price gouging complaint with the Oregon Department of Justice (DOJ) Consumer Protection Division.

Room was clean and comfortable with coffee maker, microwave, and mini fridge. Clean and crisp bedding. The whole place could use a face lift but I would stay there again. Great location between rodeo grounds and Main Street.

Nothing They cancelled my booking and totally screwed us. They realized they could get more money because of a big event that day,

I booked a room with this hotel for the week of the Pendleton roundup. It was very expensive but the location was perfect. My booking was done in January. I received a confirmation of my reservation two days prior to arriving. When I arrived I was informed that they had canceled my reservation due to the fact that the booking site opened the booking before pricing had been set. As if $1400 for two nights at one star hotel wasn’t enough. They claimed that they tried to contact me but I never received and communication from them. Trying to find alternative accommodations at this event is t the easiest. I will never book here again.

The inn is older but well kept. Unfortunately, there were patrons that were arguing

Pretty nice lil room, my only complaint is some rooms have roku tvs and others have basic cable, unfortunately I got stuck with a basic cable room but thats more of a nitpick. Staff was friendly, room was clean thats pretty much all that matters.

Although a little on the old side, the room was clean and quiet and the hotel itself was in an excellent location relative to the Round-Up: basically within walking distance of everything happening that week. I would recommend the Hotel Inn Pendleton I-84, and would stay here again.

The bed was comfortable The room was not clean, there were items on the floor under desk. There was a large dead bug on the bathroom floor that looked like it had been stepped on. There were some black things in shower, I thought were damage to tub, but when I turned water on, they washed away. The smoke detector was handing half off the wall, glad no fire. The TV wouldn't turn on and there were three remotes in the room, non of which were for that TV. No extra TP in bathroom, no ironing board or iron in room. We were put in a room decorated for children, some bear den. The location was very noisy. The shower never got hot and very little pressure. I felt the price for this room was way top high for how rundown and the lack of quality of this hotel. It is in severe need of work, the rugs on walkways in front of rooms is all tore and in chunks, a big tripping hazard. The stars are extremely narrow and dangerous . I did ask to be moved to a different room, but was told the hotel was full. The carpet in the room was gross, couldn't tell if it was dirty or just really old. One more thing, the toilet sometimes would not flush. Oh and the freezer was filled up with ice and a cup of ice cream someone left, for who knows how long it had been there.

Older motel, well kept, small continental breakfast, adequate parking I’d stay again
